"What's wrong with you!?" damn i was really scared and mad.

"No. What's wrong with you?" she answered

Damn her audacity

"You scared the hell out of me!"

I shouted and she was startled with my sudden outburst.

I was almost hugging the metal bar, afraid to fall down on the water and she's out there making fun of me.

"did you have fun!?" I asked.  I was enraged.

"Hey I'm sorry I didn't mean to scare you. I was ----" she stepped closer

"but you did!" I cut her off . I was panting, she's just staring at me. She looks so ---- how should I describe her? dumb? naive?

I'm so tired to deal with her right now. I'm not up for a game.

"Please just go. Leave me alone."
I shut my eyes closed. Calming my shaking nerves.

"I can't leave you here, like this"
she answered in a low voice .

She removed her eyeglasses and put the flashlight down before joining me at the ledge of this bridge.

"what are you doing here at this hour?" she cock her head looking at me

S-she doesnt k-know me?? Or it's just really dark that she can't recognize me

I looked away.  What if she's just pretending that she doesn't know me? I mean im aware how famous I am.

"m-mind your own business"
I answered annoyingly

"well you're my business now, I saw how you tried to kill yourself by attempting to jump off this bridge. If you didn't hear me you're probably drowning down there"  she said monotonously

She's weird

"you don't want me get killed by my conscience, do you?" she asked in a serious tone

"I d-didn't try to k--kill myself"

Why am I stuttering in front of this stranger?

"really? then why are you here?" she asked, she's really persistent .

"How about you? what are you doing here??" I asked looking at her

"To get some fresh air, perhaps?" she answered me as she sat on the ledge.

"really? getting a fresh air on this creepy bride?"

"well yeah, be thankful that I found you and stopped you from killing yourself, eventhough your action did otherwise, scaredycat" she chuckled and I didn't hear what was the last thing she said.

She tapped the space beside her

"come here, look at your knees, they're still shaking" she laughed again

Am I a clown to her? Or she's just really like this? She laughs with every little things.

But on the back of my mind, I wish I'm just like her. Simple, carefree and happy  .

I was taken aback when she offered her hand
"come here"

I was hesitant , she's a total stranger .

she seems harmless tho

I sighed before reaching her hand, it felt warm and soft  against my cold skin.

"be careful" she softly said as I sat beside her.
