Chapter VIII

Third Person POV

Seokjin was already there when they arrived as Soobin had informed him about the time they'll reach. Hansol spots Seokjin first and rushes towards him, hugging him tightly.

"Hannie baby~" Seokjin smiles, kisses his hair.

"We missed you two." Seokjin says as Soobin approaches him and leans down so Seokjin could kiss his forehead.

"We missed you all too." Soobin says. Seokjin's eyes fall on San and Jihoon who stand a little far, looking at them.

San smiles widely and waves at Seokjin who chuckles at that.

"Oh, they are our friends. San and Jihoon." Hansol says and Soobin rolls his eyes.

"They are just Hansol's friends---".

"Soobin finally have friends! Oh thank God. Come here you two." Seokjin says, happy to hear his son finally has some friends because he never had any, more like, doesn't want any.

San and Jihoon smile, a little awkward when Seokjin hugs them together. Soobin closes his eyes and Hansol snickers.

"That means sending Hansol with you was a very good idea. My son finally has friends and you can all come to dinner or lunch at our place." Seokjin says and San excitedly nods.

"See, how happy Jinie uncle is. Aren't you happy now that you have friends?" Hansol asks Soobin as they watch San and Jihoon converse with Seokjin, laughing softly.

Seeing his father happy makes Soobin happy, of course it does and if him having friends is the cause of a wide and beautiful smile on his dad's face then Soobin is really happy to have friends, he really is.

"I am." Soobin says as he looks at Hansol, a soft smile plays on his lips and Hansol smiles back.

"That's good to hear." Hansol utters, the two looking at eachother for a while without saying a word. Hansol bites his lower lip, looks away when he couldn't bear it any longer to look at Soobin's eyes, feeling his stomach do back flips.

"Let's go." The two hear Seokjin's voice. Hansol waves goodbye to San and Jihoon who were already invited to Kai's birthday a few days later by Seokjin.

"Yeah." Soobin says and they walk towards the car.

"Will you talk to Jihoon?" Hansol asks Soobin, the two were behind Seokjin.

"I never wanted to talk to you and I definitely won't." Soobin says and Hansol sighs.

"He's really sorry, you know. Just---don't get angry if approaches you to talk to you. Hear him out." Hansol says but Soobin doesn't answer him.

"Will you?" Hansol asks, eyes hopeful.

"We'll see." Soobin says, looking away and Hansol huffs.

"You're so damn stubborn." Hansol utters and Soobin smiles a little as the omega walks faster than him to the car.

Soobin gets in the passenger seat, Hansol in the backseat. The two converse with Seokjin, telling him about their trip. Seokjin was mostly asking Hansol and was happy when Hansol said he really enjoyed, ignores the smirk on Soobin's lips that he sees from the front mirror.

The two of course doesn't say anything about the cliff, Hansol doesn't want anyone to know, knowing how much they'll be worried.

Taehyung was outside the door, smiling widely as Seokjin stops the car. Hansol rushes outside the car and runs into Taehyung's arms who hugs him tightly, kissing his cheeks and forehead.
