When Felix woke up, the next day, it was like he slept during a pretty long time, which was true because he felt asleep right after he closed his eyes. He looked at his phone, he was a bit late so he stood up immediately and got dressed. His parents were already at work, so he didn't have to be careful about his face. He put some makeup on and then, left his house to run.
He arrived at the exact same time than the bus, he had a proud smile and his face. The smile faded when he met the eyes of half of the bus passengers. Yeah... obviously. He sat beside an old woman.
The bus was for his college so the passengers knew him... mostly his reputation, rather than him, but they were hating him.
Since they arrived, Felix got off and hurried into the building.
The class was not really interesting, it was english and he was Australian so... he was just trying to stop thinking about all the looks at him.
When the bell rang the end of the class, Felix was the slowest, as usual. He didn't want to be pushed or insulted. But while he was getting ready to go, the teacher called his name, "can I talk to you a minute, please?". Felix nodded and waited. "I noticed you were not really interested by my class and I would like you to know your appreciation will not be that great this semester". Felix sighed slightly, "Sorry, madam, but... you know I'm a native english speaker so... I don't see the point of this class for me and I would prefer a Korean class...", Felix was shyly trying to explain his point, but the teacher's pride couldn't understand. "You could learn some things on my class, it's not because you're Australian your english is better than mine", Felix was upset. "Sure, I'll learn a lot about my own language with a Korean teacher", he left the class. He knew he risked hours of detention but it wasn't his fault, his teacher was pretty stupid.
