Chapter 7 - Crush?

Nico's Pov:

I'm not even looking at the live stream. My eyes are closed while I feel Corins breath against my neck.

I'm just enjoying the closeness with Corin.

I think I'm developing a crush on her which is amazing but also scary. I never had a crush on someone and after my parents died I never thought I would ever like someone the way I like her.

"Corin." Finn calls her but she didn't move.

"Corin!" he calls her again and she jumps a bit and sits up.

"Huh?" she ask confused and we laugh.

"The fans want to see Nico and you're kinda blocking the view." Finn says with a chuckle

"Oh..sorry." Corin says while blushing and leans a bit to a side so you can see me better.

I sit up and smile at the camera. "Can you maybe say something about you?" Finn asks and I nod.

"Well..my name is Nico and I'm 17 years old. I play guitar since I was seven and drums since I was ten." I say with a small smile and then lay my chin on Corins shoulder which makes her smile.

"Uhh someone asked if Corin and Nico could sing something together." Elena says and I turn my head to look at Corin.

"What do you wanna sing?" she asks and I shrug which makes her giggle.

"Can you sing 'Just the way you are'?" Lila asks with a smile.

I look back to Corin and she nods. "Sure." she said and Ryan grab a guitar which is standing next to the couch and hands it to Corin.

"Um.." I wrap my arms around her to play.

I lay my chin on her shoulder and start playing.

[Corin]

Oh, her eyes, her eyes make the stars look like they're not shinin'
Her hair, her hair falls perfectly without her trying
She's so beautiful and I tell her everyday

[Nico]

Yeah, I know, I know when I compliment her she won't believe me
And it's so, it's so sad to think that she don't see what I see
But every time she asks me "Do I look okay?"
I say

I lift my head and she turns to me with a smile.

I smile back and then give the guitar back to Ryan who places it back on the ground.

"How did you two managed it to make such a good harmony while you sang together?" Elena asks and we shrug at the same time which makes us chuckle.

"Your voice is beautiful." I whisper in Corins ear which makes her blush.

"Thank you." she whispered back with a smile

I then lean back against the back of the couch while Corin still sits on my lap. She then leans back, so that her back is pressed against my front.

I wrap my arms around her waist and bury my face into her hair.

"You know that a lot of people will think we're a couple.." I whisper in her ear and she humms in response.

The others answer more questions and after some time, Corin fall asleep.

The others end the live stream and then stand up.

"Is she asleep?" Elena asks with a chuckle and I nod.

"Should I wake her?" she ask but I shake my head.

"Nah..I'll do it later." I tell her and she nod with a smile.

"Come Lila. Let's help Ryan finish the dinner." Elena say and take her hand.

They then walks together into the kitchen and I couldn't help but smile.

Lila looks so happy when she's around Elena.

I then look down at Corin and I couldn't help but smile either.

This girl has changed my life so much in those few days.

"You know..I approve of you." Finn says while sitting down next to me.

"W-What?" I ask and blush a little.

"Everyone can see the way you feel about my sister. Well..except her obviously." He says with a smile.

"I-I don't know what you're talking about." I stutter and he crosses his arms.

"Come on, be honest. Do you like Corin?"he asks and I bite my lip while nodding.

"Then tell her." he says and my eyes widen. "Or at least show it to her." he add.

"But what if she doesn't feel the same? I don't want to lose her." I tell him and he smile.

"You won't." He says and I sigh.

"How do you know?" I ask him.

"Because she wouldn't cuddled with you like that if she wouldn't feel the same." he says which makes me smile.

"So what should I do?" I ask him.

"Just make more body contact with her. Oh and cuddle with her tonight. Trust me..she'll like it." He says and I nod.

"Can you wake her up while I help the others with dinner?" He asks and I nod again.

Finn then stands up and walks into the kitchen, leaving me alone with Corin.

Corin then suddenly turns around, so that her front is pressed against mine and buries her face in my chest.

I really don't want to wake her. She looks so peaceful and cute.
