At noon, my father knocked on the door to the Charming's apartment with his cane. "Ready to go, Ms. Swan?" He asked. We both had the shawls draped over our shoulders, and I had my crutches. "Almost," She said. "Do you think we'll be cold where we're going, or warm?" Henry asked.

"I think layers are always a good idea," Henry said. "I thought the terms of our agreement were quite clear. You owe me a favor--you alone," He said. "I'm not leaving Henry here with Cora lurking about, so either we both go, or we both stay," Emma said. "Then we'll have to purchase another plane ticket, won't we?" He asked. "Wait. We're flying?" Emma asked.

"Don't worry. I'm covering expenses, even the new ones," He said. "You're a real gentleman, aren't you? All right, Gold, you're going out there with my family. Just know if anything happens to 'em--" David said, handing Emma a bag. "Then you'll what? Cross the town line? And David Nolan will hunt us down in his animal rescue van?" I asked. "I'll be devastated. This isn't a threat. It's a request. Take care of 'em," He said. "I promise no harm will come to your family. After all...we have a deal," He said.

We rode in his car, Emma and him in the front, Henry, my crutches and I in the back. "So...where are we going?" Henry asked. "Logan International Airport," He said. "I think he meant after that," Emma said. "Let's just take things one step at a time, shall we?" He asked, and Emma looked at our shawls. "You really think those shawls are gonna work?" She asked.

"Well, if it doesn't, and I revert back to my cursed self, we're all gonna have some problems. It'll work," He said. We passed the town line and were surrounded by magic. "So?" She asked. "My name is Rumplestiltskin. And we're gonna find my son," He said, and Emma looked at me. "My name is Rempalenski. We're gonna find my brother," I said.

We got our tickets, then lined up to go through the scanners. "Have you ever been outside of Storybrooke, Mr. Gold?" Henry asked. "No," He said. "Are you nervous?" Henry asked. "No," He said.

"Are you worried about meeting your son?" He asked. "No, Henry, I'm fine," He said. "This is going to be a long flight," I muttered. "How about we talk about all this later, kid?" Emma asked. "We're next," She said, and we stepped up.

"It must be really hard not to use magic, being like everyone else," Henry said as we set our stuff in the box."You've gotta put your shoes in," Emma told us as she put her stuff in. "How terribly uncivilized," My father muttered, but did it anyway. "Uh, scarf and cane go in the basket. That includes your crutches, missy," The guard said. "What?" My father asked.

"Scarf, cane, and crutches go in the basket," He repeated, and we looked at Emma. "We can't," I said. "You have to," Emma said. "It ain't rocket science, buddy. You ever been on a plane before?" The man asked. "Have you ever been impaled on a cane before?" He asked.

"My...father's a little nervous. We're headed to a family reunion. Sorry," Emma said as the cane and crutches went in the box. "Your father?" He asked quietly. "Just put the shawls in the bin," Emma said. "I'll help you get through," Emma said. "If we let these go, we could forget who we are," He said.

"I'm not gonna let that happen," She assured us, and we put them in. Instantly, I heard a deep thrumming sound and staggered. Emma ushered us through, and we held onto the belt for support. Emma quickly put the shawl back on him, then on me. My head cleared and I grabbed my crutches.

"Guys, there's a Cinnabon here!" Henry said, rushing off. "Are you okay?" Emma asked because he was pacing. "Will you stop asking me that? I'll be right back," He snapped and walked off. Emma looked at me worriedly. "He's just stressed. This has happened before. Be glad he didn't start walloping something," I said.

After a few minutes, we sent Henry to go find him because he hadn't gotten back yet. They returned, and he has bloody knuckles. On the flight, Henry was perfectly fine, but my father was sitting stiffly and hogging the armrest, which he was clutching tightly. "It's gonna be alright," Emma assured him. "We're gonna find your son," She said.

"I know," He said, and the plane lady talked. "Reagen, I'm surprised you're not more nervous," Emma said as we took off. My father was staring at the seat in front of him, and I put my hand on his knee. Then I looked at Emma. She looked at him, then me.

"Emma, I am absolutely petrified, I'm just good at hiding it,"
