It was a dark night on Solace when i walk up to a bar. "heard this place is good.." i wipe my tears and walk in and start finding a place to sit at the edge of the bar. It seems Elliott is flaunting himself to his fans near the jukebox. "like always." Ever since i joined the games there is one legend who always caught my eye. Elliott Witt or "Mirage" which had an even bigger fanbase than me just because he looked good, He never did anything worth being famous but I on the other hand. I blew up my own LEGS for my fans he wouldn't even give the time of day to his. "Ugh!!" I say as I bury my head in my arms. My eyes watching the ground around me seeing people go past the bar. I was mumbling to myself when a familiar voice spoke to me across the bar table. "Hey hey, why the long face there amigo?" its Elliott. "No soy tu amigo.." I look up and snarl at him which makes him back up a bit. "woah no amigo? I thought we were becoming friends " he says with a puppy dog expression. "I-im sorry Elli I just have stuff on my mind right now I want to be left alone.." He walks off into the back and just like that im alone again.. The whole reason I'm here, ironic isn't it. As I was sitting there somebody gives me a drink "Here ya go a Dark n' stormy" I look up in confusion, a drink? "Your buddy hooked you up thank him." My buddy? Elliott? He did this..? After I yelled at him. How'd he know I like these? Great now I feel bad.. "Estúpido siempre chasqueando a la gente " I take out the lime in the drink and eat it then taking a big gulp of the drink. that makes me feel a bit better. Soon the bar is empty with the last person leavin as indicated by the bell chiming the drink beside now empty as well. I snap my head back to see Elliot cleaning glasses. I should thank him "Yo Elliott!" startled he turns around to look at me. I motion for him to come over here . With a double take he walks over. "I- er- Am sorry for getting pissed at you just I have some things on my mind and thanks for the drink I needed it" Taken aback by my apology he pauses on what he was going to say but spits it out eventually. " No problem buddy, Hope you don't mind me asking but you wanna talk about it looks like it really messed you up" I bit my lip thinking about it then say " Yeah I really need to talk" He looks surprised then says "Talk away" I pause to think of where to start "I was in the park with my uhmm-" I pause for a moment. "Boyfriend or I should say ex, and he took me out to some park we have never been to before. Anyways we were having a really good time until he said he had to get something and never came back. I end up waiting for about and an hour and 40 minutes. Fed up I run over to where his car was and low and behold his car wasnt there, I dont know where I was. Suddenly he texts me says that he emptied my bank account and how he never liked me and was already with some other 'really hot man'. He also said he sold the condo he bought for me cause he's the 'owner' even though HE NEVER PAID ANY OF IT!" He makes a 'go on' face while leaning in a bit. I lead him on by saying "I basically ran over to the subway but then the just best fucking thing happened!" I slam my hand on the table angrily. Laying my head on the table I continue with "Someone stole my phone and ran into a leaving train... With my last bit of money, I came here and..." Im balling at this point with my head in my arms. Its echoing through the empty bar. Elliot hops over the counter and hugs me I cry into his shoulder for what seems like hours"Its okay, you'll be alright im here to help you, Octavio. Just stay here real quick ill be back I need to lock up then get a lil somethin" He says while walking to the front of the bar. God ive never broken down like that before in front of anybody. I feel better though. He was right. After a few minutes, he comes back with an ice cream sundae " Here it always feels better to eat ice cream" He says while handing it to me. "Thanks.." I say while scarfing it down " damn your really going to town with that ._." I give him an angry look then continue to set it down. " Hey you said you didn't have a place right?"said Elliott I nod. Well you can stay with me I got a spare room collecting dust, if it okay w-with you " he says while holding his neck and looking away. My eyes light up " That would be AWSOME dude!" He looks dumbfounded but shakes it off " lets go! " I yell while jumping up from the chair. "Chill out ice cream man I need to take ur dish" says Elliot walking to the back of the bar. I impatiently tap my foot while watchin outside. I couldn't help but see somebody staring at me with something in their hand. I try to get a close look when Elliott yells for me. I walk over to him he says " The exit is in the back this way" he leads me to a parking lot with a fancy car in it. " That's your-!?" "Yep, I own a bar what did you expe-" Elliott stops mid sentence to look at a man in the distance. The same man I saw. "Octavio get in the car hurry!" I follow his orders and soon he comes in franticly starting the car and at full speed driving off. "who was that?" Elliott still driving at full speed responds " I don't know but he had an L-Star l-like a real one not modded for the apex games. Those things are super illegal! Im glad they didn't fire" My heart sank he was right in front of me and I could've died?! "I-I saw him earlier I-I didn't know what he was holding im sorry" " You didn't know its okay you don't have to apologize," He says while stopping the car. " Here we are c'mon ill show you around" Its a big but not large house. Elliott unlock the door to reveal a messy living room with clothes littered around. " Im so sorry about the mes-!!!" Elliott runs over to the couch to dispose of something I couldn't see "anyway your room is down the hall 1st door to ur left" I open the room to see a window with an amazing view "this view is incredible Elli!" He walks into the room with some clothes "glad u like it, I got some clothes for you tank top, shorts , underwear but don't worry I've washed it, and socks" He sets them on the night stand. "Thanks Elli.. for everything nobodys ever been so nice to me except Ajay " His face starts to redden and says " I-Im here for you, amigo. Besides us legends gotta stick together ya know-" He then shuts the door and goes in his room. I get ready for bed myself by removing everything but boxers cause I get too hot at night. I lay in the bed and turn off the light soon falling asleep ..
