I Met You [Jenlisa]

Chapter 13

Jennie POV

"I miss you jennie...please come back to me"

I was startled and my whole body stiffened at what i just heard , my heart started to beating fast but not because i'm fluttered , but due to nervousness

Because lisa heard it

I ignored kai who seem like still didn't notice lisa's presence , but he noticed that i wasn't looking at him ,so he turn his head to my gaze and just realize there's lisa beside him

"Oh is that my coffee?"

Lisa startled and clear her throat as she nod , she smile at him and put down the glass on the table.she didn't even glance at me , when she was about to go , i quickly stood up and grab her hand causing her to look at me

"Yes miss?"

I frown slightly , why she didn't call me babe like she use to?she always call me with an endearment or my nickname but why she act like she doesn't know me now?

"What?" I said with a confuse look.she let out a small smile and give me a small bow before she walk back to the counter.i'm still standing while looking at her in confusion but not until kai call me

"Jen?what's wrong?" He asked

"None of your business" i said coldly and tried to take my bag on the chair  but kai immediately stop me by holding my hand making me to quickly shove away

I still wonder why in the millions of people in the world I could meet, he was the one I met

"Jen.."

I groan and look at him in annoyance "what do you want kai?"

He sigh and stood up while holding my hand , but i pull away.

"I know..maybe it was too fast for me to ask you about this , but atleast let me explain my side jen"

"I told you i don't need your explanation kai" i said and was about to walk away but get stop when he suddenly spoke in a soft voice

"But i won't give up jen.."  i scoff and roll my eyes leaving him behind.

I was so in love with him before but he chose to play with my feelings , and now he came here and asked me to come back to him?bullshit

Of course it's hard to forget about all the memories that we've spent together , but i'm sure , that i'm fully move on from him after all these years..

...right?

"Lisa" i call her and she lift her head up to me giving me her small smile

"Yes jen?"

I didn't say anything and just grab her hand dragging her out from the cafe , but she immediately stop me

"Jennie what are you doing?i'm still working" she said while trying to pull her hand away but i hold it tighter , i walk to her and quickly take off of her apron making she startled with my sudden action

"J-jennie what are you doing?"

"Let's go , you'll leave your work early today , don't worry i'll let your boss know" i said and drag her outside.i get inside the car and so does lisa.after i buckle my seatbelt , i sigh heavily. none of us tried to say anything along the ride causing the car to fills with silence.

"Where are we going?" Lisa finally spoke

"We're having dinner outside today , but we need to go home first to change our clothes"

"You asked me to leave early from my works just for a dinner?"

Hearing that , my heart dropped as i feel a little bit hurt by her words..she make it looks like she wasn't interested to have a dinner with me , she make it looks like having a dinner with me is such a bad idea
