I Met You [Jenlisa]

Chapter 23

It's been 4 days jennie haven't seen lisa.she keep hoping to see her at college but unfortunately , lisa didn't come to school.jennie constantly would come to the cafe as she thought lisa would atleast be there , but her workmates told her that lisa hasn't come to work in that four days.everytime jennie got back from school , she'll went to lisa's place and wait for her there until dusk , but still , no sign of lisa.sometimes jisoo or chaeyoung would come , accompany her waiting for lisa since they doesn't want to leave jennie alone.they keep telling jennie that lisa won't come , but jennie still want to wait for her

While for her parents , she told everything to them and they can't believe it at first.jennie's dad was so mad at her that they haven't talk ever since that incident , jennie keep trying to initiate the conversation with him but he would either leave or ignore her.mrs kim was the only person that jennie could rely on for now except from jisoo and chaeyoung , she always told jennie that everything would be fine.she encouraged jennie to not give up and it really helps her a lot

"Unnie.." chaeyoung hold her arm.jennie was sitting in front of lisa's front door , hugging her knees while keep hoping that lisa would come home

"Unnie...you've been sitting at here for an hours..don't you want to eat?you need to rest too , you will get sick" chaeyoung said worriedly , but jennie shook her head with a small smile

"What if lisa come here when i leave?i'll wait for her a little bit more.." jennie said under her breath.chaeyoung was fighting back with her tears , she can't bear to see jennie like this.she looks miserable , devastated , and hopeless.she glance at jisoo and make a sign telling her to persuade jennie to go home which jisoo immediately catch it and crouched down in front of her bestfriend

"Jennie..we should go.your parents must be worried about you..we'll wait for lisa again tomorrow so let's just go home for now , okay?" Jisoo said softly.jennie lift her head up , showing her bloodshot eyes and sighed.she nodded slowly.jennie went first to the car while chaeyoung and jisoo followed her from behind , but jisoo immediately grab chaeyoung's arm causing her to turn around

"Chaeyoung.." jisoo said in a low voice , not wanting jennie to hear

"Yes unnie?" Chaeyoung asked , a little nervous under the intense stare from the older girl

"You know where lisa is don't you?" Chaeyoung was taken aback at the sudden question.jisoo gaze on her was fierce that she need to immediately averted her eyes to the floor.she pressed her lips together and immediately shake her head

"N-no..i don't know.." she muttered

"Be honest with me chaeng..i know jennie was wrong , but we can't let her be like that forever.she need to see lisa , please don't hide lisa from us.." jisoo said , almost begging.she can't stand anymore to see jennie suffered

"i..i can't..i d-don't know where she was.." chaeyoung replied , feeling guilty by lying.jisoo sighed and step forward , holding both of her hand causing chaeyoung to flinched a little while blushing slightly

"Please..i'm begging you..we need to help them fix the things between them..lisa was hurting , and jennie was hurting..so we need to do something" jisoo softly caress her hand , giving her a hopeful eyes.chaeyoung closed her eyes for and seconds and let out a sighed..nodding slowly

"Okay..let's meet lisa tonight.."

lisa slumped herself on the chair , sighing heavily.her cheek was squeezed against her fist while her elbow was resting on the armrest

Four days without seeing jennie's face just made her life felt incomplete..she doesn't went to school , or even went to work because she's not yet ready to meet her
