I lie awake in the night as I stare at the ceiling as my phone buzzed and I reached for it in the night stand

I opened my phone and saw that I got a text from (C/N)

'Are you awake?'

'Yeah, can't sleep'

I raised my brow as I forgot that me and (C/N) are neighbours, I immediately sat up and walked towards my window and saw (C/N) leaning on his window, as I opened mine too, he waves his hand as I chuckled a bit at his antics, I looked down on my phone and started to text him

'Alright mister, what do you want?'

'Can I call you?'

Again, I raised my brow and looked up at him as I saw him grinning and waving his phone

'And why do you want to call me in the middle of the night?'
