"So, like, where have you been, Prince Aiden?" Howard was frowning at her.
"Uhmm.. I went to the bookstore as what I have promised you and bought the new set of encyclopedias. Honestly, I like the older ones. The new ones was like a comic book, dear one." Aiden said in a matter-of-factly way.
"It's because you cannot afford to buy a new one..."
"Well, exxcccuuuuussse me princess!"
Howard laughed at Aiden as she pouted like a kid who didn't get any candy, but in this state, she was like an old chap who missed the newspapers.
"Well, how's the bookstore?" Genevive asked.
"It changed all of sudden, and it's not the way it was used to be..." Aiden nodded, "And, Prince Noctis.."
"Yes?" Noctis was waiting for a question or a command or whatever he wanted to call it.
"That's not the original version..."
"I thought it was another problem. Nevermind..."
Aiden looked at Genevive and noticed that she wanted to ask something that she doesn't want to ask. Genevive brought her to a corner.
"Umm, Prince Aiden?" Genevive started, "Can I ask you a question?"
"Oh, yes, sure.." Aiden said while drinking a juice, "What is it?"
"Are you a girl?"
Aiden accidentally spat her mango juice as she heard Genevive's question.
"Wh-why did you asked such question?" Aiden was shocked, "It is not like I am lying to you and---"
"It's okay, AT LEAST I AM NOT ALONE!!! WOOOHHOOO!!! I HAVE A GIRL COMPANION NOW!"
"Like, PLEASE SILENCE BECAUSE THEY MIGHT KNOW..."
"What would we know?" Howard asked, "What do you mean?"
Aiden and Genevive froze in their places and said "nothing" at the same time. Howard went up and didn't mind anyway.
"Oh, did I hear something?" Noctis was smirking, "Is it me or my sense of hearing was deceiving me?"
"Guys, whatever you heard of tonight, I warn you. Forget ALL of those things. For now, Howard doesn't know all about this, but that doesn't mean that he is clueless." Aiden was warning them with those innocent eyes, "I'm doing this for my father and for my brother..."
"Fine, fine. I'll just keep an eye on you from now on. It's not safe for girls to go to war after all." Genevive stated, "Like, wait a minute, you owe me 50 cents!"
"Okay, I'll be silent, but you will HAVE to make me silent..." Noctis crossed his arms, still having the smirk in his face.
"You're such a creep-o, dear one..." Aiden was now trying to hide that horrifying feeling Noctis was giving her, "Like, I didn't do anything to you..."
Not noticing that Howard was eavesdropping and smiling like an idiot...
"Now I know what are you hiding, Aiden..." Howard went back to his room and grinned...
