Aiden didn't show up nor her shadow. Nobody knows where she is and if she's still safe. Noctis tried to stop Howard from finding her, but Howard temporarily went to Aiden's role and tried to find her anywhere. Just then, Howard saw a burnt corpse. It was very familiar, and it's because it belonged to Aiden herself.

"Aiden? Prince Aiden!?" Howard was sobbing, "You're not joking me, right? YOU'RE NOT JOKING ME!"

Genevive went there and saw Howard with that corpse. She was also shocked to see it.

"Hey, what's happening here?" Genevive asked in a slight-worried tone.
"A-Aiden...T-this is Aiden..." Howard replied while trying to hold back his tears.
"Prince Aiden?! HOW DARE THEM!"
"Well, Aiden told me not to let you find he--Wait, is that her?" Noctis widened his eyes in fright.
"They'll surely be killed if we ever find out their plans." Howard said in a grumpy tone.

As Genevive walked past the corpse, she saw a paper that was not burned, nor any burn was stated. She read it and ran back to the mansion.

"Genevive, ey!" Howard shouted, but then picked up the paper.

He realized that Seithe was a traitor. He was a part of Yuno's plan. Aiden wrote the statements in German so that Seithe could not understand her words. Aiden knew their plans and pointed it out before she died, letting one of her knights escape from Seithe's grasp. They actually killed Aiden and burned her anatomy (because I hate using the word 'body' sometimes) in that specific spot. He looked at Noctis, who had no idea of what Howard is reading.

"Noct, may I ask you a favor?" Howard started to ask.
"What is it?" Noctis answered questionably.
"As a prince, you also kill your foes, am I right?"
"Yes, now back to business. What is this favor, Howard?"
"Kill Seithe, and if Aiden's father asked you why, reason out this letter. If he doesn't believe you, don't give up."
"I will not even mind of risking my life for the truth. Now, where should I start?"
"Hmm... Maybe from the top of the line. I'll put most of my trust into you."

That night, Noctis intentionally assasinated Prince Seithe. Aiden's father didn't asked why, for he already knew the meaning of this. They actually want to target him, but since Aiden was in their way, they killed her instead of him.

King Dortheus gave Aiden a proper burial and retired in his position. No one replaced King Dortheus in those times and his position remained empty. Howard was already controlling over his father's kingdom, and Genevive was already a wife of Prince Gabriel.

Aiden was surely the deserved one, but then, time was playful in different ways.
