She saw a pair of glimmering eyes
Shadowed by a long forgotten cries
She talked about how the universe pries
The fate of the two lost skies
She inquired the eyes bearing sorrow
The colour of uncertain tomorrow
She told the sight of hollow
The dead-end that was meant to follow
Behold, they still came out at midnight
However love had them cowered in fright
