Chapter 12

~Tara~

When I woke up the next morning, we were all still in the movie room, I was cuddling a pillow. I yawned and stretched before putting the pillow down and carefully getting up, being careful not to wake anyone. I walked into the kitchen where Calum was eating breakfast. "Morning Cal, how was your date last night?" I smiled, grabbing a banana and a bottle of water from the fridge.

"Morning monkey" he smiled and blushed. "It was amazing, I really love her, she's the best girlfriend ever. . . She's really nice and we have a lot of things in common. . . Hopefully, she can come on tour with us."

"Awh that's sweet. I really like-. . . Did you just call me monkey?" I laughed. He nodded and smiled.

"You gave us nicknames so," he shrugged.

"I'm going downstairs to the gym, is that okay?" I said halfway out the door, he just nodded and carried on eating his breakfast. I walked up to my room and changed into a sports bra and a pair of shorts before making my way downstairs to the gym, shutting the door.

"Tara?". I stopped and turned around to see a shirtless Luke holding weights.

"Hey Lukey" I smiled. Walking over to the table, putting my drink down.

"What are you doing?"

"Thought I would come and work out for an hour" I shrugged.

"Fair enough. I've been here for an hour already" he said putting down the weights he was holding. "Can I uh. . . talk to you. . ." He watched me as I went over to a running machine in the corner.

"Sure, what's on your mind?" I smiled starting it, putting it on the speed I wanted.

"Well. . . I was wondering if you wanted to go on a date tonight. . . With me. . ." He smiled softly, running his hands through his hair.

I thought for a minute, starting to run on the machine before looking at him. "Sure. I would love to." I smiled.

He smiled wide and kissed me cheek. "Awesome! I've got a date to plan. . . So, I'll see you later" he smiled proudly and walked out. I smiled and blushed running on a faster setting.
