Chapter 37

~Tara~

It's been a couple of months now and the guys were right. My song was a hit.  After we discovered that my song was played worldwide by a million people, we celebrated. We all got so wasted! It was the best night of my life.

A couple weeks later though, was when it all turned upside down. I started being sick in the mornings and my stomach started hurting like crazy. I thought nothing of it at first but Luke was starting to worry about me so we drove to the hospital. "Luke, I'm sure it's nothing".

"I know babe, but I'm worried about you and I just want to make sure", he replied grabbing my hand, kissing it.

"We're all worried about you dude, maybe it's just the flu, but still. get checked butthead", Michael smirked, cramped into the back with Ashton and Calum. 

We got to the hospital, and went inside and we booked myself in to see the doctor. After of what seemed like hours of waiting, we finally got into a room and I sat on the bed and the boys stood behind me.

After introductions, I told the doctor my symptoms and he wrote them down. "We think it might be the flu or something, but we wanted to bring just in case it was something internal", Ashton spoke up. The doctor nodded and put his pad down.

"Well after hearing it all, I'm going to give you this", he said handing me a cup.

"A cup? I'm not thirsty".

It's for you to urinate in love. Have you thought of the possibility that you might be pregnant?". I sat up a little and looked at Luke. He looked at me shocked. 

"Well uh. . .That night we celebrated my music being famous and everything, babe we didn't use a condom. . .We forgot it". The doctor nodded.

Luke gulped "Shit." He cleared his throat and sat up grabbing my hand. "If you are pregnant, I'm not leaving, we will get through this, okay? I love you". He smiled softly. I smiled softly and nodded kissing his hand. I stood up and walked to the bathroom, taking a deep breath.

After I did my business, I washed my hands and walked out, giving the doctor the cup. "I will test it now, it'll take 5 minutes, alright?". I nodded and grabbed Luke's hand again. 

After a long 5 minutes, we got the results. "Well, Miss Irwin. Congratulations. By the looks of these results, you're 2 weeks pregnant", I froze and smiled slowly. I looked at Luke who had the same reaction. He jumped up and hugged me tightly. I giggled hugging back tightly.

"We're going to be uncles!" Ashton, Calum and Michael screamed, hugging each other. The doctor chuckled and stood. 

"Congratulations again, I'll see you again in a few weeks, and we can have your first scan." I nodded and thanked the doctor. I grabbed my stuff and we left to go home.
