prologue
Caroline, Elena, Bonnie, Damon, and Stefan walked towards the werewolf pack. Damon had warned them to leave town but they still hadn't. And after one of them stabbed Elena in the leg with a stake Damon decided to teach them a lesson, so they all tagged along.
Splitting off into teams caroline and Stefan went to make sure the werewolves were all in the trailer and none were wandering around, especially when the full moon would come up soon.
"We got the worst job." Caroline grumbled, moving her eyes to different areas and checking, "Like all of them get to go fight wolves and all we get to do is stupid lookout work."
"Yeah, but at least we have time together." Stefan smiled at Caroline's Look.
"I guess."
As Caroline and Stefan talked a growl was heard. A wolf tackled Stefan to the ground, biting wildly.
"STEFAN!" Caroline yelled, pushing the wolf off of him and channeling her black veins.
The wolf growled angrily and nipped at her.
Stefan came behind the wolf and snapped its neck.
Only to realize the damage had already been done. Caroline was bitten.
