So, what can I say? Miss Kobayashi gave us permission slips for our parents. Of course, my mom is no where to be seen. You know..I've met my mother actually. I wasn't 3 or a toddler, now that I think about it. I was 9. Yeah, that's right. She left urgently and never came back, while my aunt took care of me until she died last year. I miss my mom.

That is besides the point. My next class was Computer Science, and I know that Kiibo and Miu was over there. Miu was also a new student from a few months ago, and she is the known as the school's "crackhead tomboy" of sorts. Quite a name, if I don't say so myself. The chattering in the hallways made my head hurt for some reason, as I opened the door to the dark classroom, only the illuminating lights of the computers were seen. I walked in and dumped my bag near the plastic chair, in which I slumped in.

All of a sudden, the sudden speed of air hit my face as I saw Miu and Kiibo push each other, trying to make way for one another.  They were laughing hard, but gasping for breath as well. Miu bent over, her hands on her knees as her body limped over, trying to catch her breath.

      "Bitch..I...I BEAT your ass..Hah..hah.."

      "No..I..I beat you...Your tits..made it seem like..you won!"

I watched them finally regain their energy in about a minute or so, and they flopped into the plastic chair. Miu's hair was a wavy mess of frizz, while Kiibo's was just a spikey mess of chaos. My hair was always curly. I had very faint memories of my mom showing how to slather coconut oil into my ends, never my roots. I always followed that rule.

"Hey, Ouma, did ya see that new dude?"

I looked up at Miu once again. I would be a liar if I said she didn't have pretty eyes. Her skin was cleared, except for a few open pores here and there. She had very long eyelashes, that it almost looked fake. I appreciate that she is herself, but in the same time, I wish she could shove her ego up her ass..

"Oh, yeah, I did. I..sat next to him at lunch. He was really..anxious and uh-"

"Cute?" I heard Kiibo but in. He had a scar underneath his right eye, he said he had a bike accident, or something. His eyes were also a brilliant blue, and his skin was a bit lighter than Miu's but he did have a lot of freckles, especially on his cheek where he had birthmarks too.

"Ugh, you always know what I'm going to say~" I said with a smile and a laugh.

Miu was already logging into her computer, when Amami walked in with the teacher. To be honest, I forgot my teacher's name, since, well, she's a bitch! Amami sat next to me, his lengthy body slamming against the plastic chair. His chair had wheels, so it slid back as he smashed his weight against it. Amami was more less of a friend then anything else. I didn't hate him, we just don't really talk, ya know?

"Hm..So that Shuichi boy.." Amami said, turning his face towards me, shockingly, "..isn't her at all a bit..off?"

I shrugged at him, not exactly paying attention, turning my head away from him. I could tell her turned away as well to focus on his own work.

The bell rang, and Miu, Kiibo and I all stood up from the uncomfortable chairs and stretched out our bodies. It's hard to bend your back for an hour daily. We were already heading out of the classroom, avoiding cleaning up the classroom or anywhere in the school fro that matter. I knew that Amami wanted to talk to me, since he was looking at me, seeming like he was going to formulate a conversation with me, deciding and picking the perfect words to say.
