Sana

I explained to them about what had happened before I left and why I decided to. They admitted that they were a bit mad about what I did, which I completely understood.

I knew that among them, Jihyo held a grudge on me. I knew why because Tzuyu had texted me about how Jihyo has been taking care of her all these months. It was also pretty clear on her face. Even I would feel the same way if I were in her shoes.

Yes, even though I haven't replied to any of Tzuyu's messages, I was able to see them all. All 814 of them.

I sat down quietly on the couch. I looked around at my surroundings. "Nothing's changed." I whispered to myself. I've definitely missed staying here.

I wonder what Tzuyu has been feeling all this time. She's mad at me, that I know. Has she thought of moving on? Has she thought of loving someone else? A lot of questions were racing in my mind.

Just then, I felt a tap on my shoulder. I looked up and saw Jihyo, the one I least expected to see or even approach me. "Can I talk to you?" She asked. I just nodded my head as a response. She took a seat next to me.

"Look, I don't hate you. I have no reason to. And if I were in your place, I think I would've done the same." She said. I hung my head low. "I guess I was just so worried about Tzuyu." She said.

"It's alright, Jihyo. I understand." I told her. "We just missed you so much, Sana." She said. I smiled. "I missed you guys, too." I said back.

"Just don't do anything like that ever again." She playfully scolded and I laughed. "I won't." I said.

"Jihyo." I called her. She looked at me. "I'm sorry." I apologized. She shook her head. "Don't be." She whispered.

"Thank you, by the way." I spoke. She looked at me questioningly. "For what?" She asked. "Thank you for being there for her. Thank you for everything you've done. Not just for her but for all of us." I said. She flipped her hair. "I am pretty good at what I do." She said confidently. I laughed. "I'm just kidding. You're welcome." She smiled at me, which I reciprocated.

"Oh, but there is one thing." She spoke. "I mean, you guys are obviously going to see each other soon and she's obviously going to freak out. I suggest that maybe you should give her some space for a while." She said softly. I nodded. "You're right, she needs time to think."

We both stood up when she hugged me. I hugged her back. "Nice to have you back, snake." She teased. Just then, we heard the door open.

"I don't know what you guys are up to..." I knew that voice. I slowly let go of Jihyo and turned around. I realized that she stopped talking and froze in her place.

"Woops, too soon." I heard Jihyo mumble behind me. Tzuyu and I stared at each other for a good amount of time. It was clear in her eyes that she didn't expect to see me. Those eyes. Those brown orbs that never failed to make me melt.

I don't think I'll be able to make it if we keep staring at each other like this. At this moment, I literally wanted to just crush her in a big hug and kiss her lips, but no. I held back because I know she needed space.

"Sana?" That feeling when your name sounds better when someone you love says it.

Before I knew it, she ran off to her room. I was so caught in the moment, I didn't realize that Dahyun and Chaeng were right behind her. I couldn't read their faces so I just stood there.

"Sana unnie." They said before walking over and giving me a big hug. "Hey guys. How are you?" That was the only thing I could say to or ask them. "We're good. We missed you." Chaeyoung said.
