After a long and exhausting flight, sitting next to Damon. We've finally arrived in Thailand! We got out of our taxi and started walking in the lobby.
Damn this place is beautiful!
"BABY!" Lauren screams and runs over to Alaric and jumps on him. Alaric grabs her and starts kissing her.. they're so cute together. Definitely way better than that Hayley bitch
"Hey Lauren!" I smile and hugged her "Wow is this what you look like straight off the plane?" Lauren gushes "You're just being nice. I look like an absolute mess" I chuckle
"So are you excited?" Stefan asks Lauren "Are you kidding me? I've been waiting for this my whole life! I can't believe I'm going to marry this man right here" Lauren answers Stefan, placing an arm around Alaric
"Aww that's so sweet" I smile at them "Yeah I can't believe it either. What do you see in this guy?" Damon jokes slapping Alaric on the back
"Alright guys, come over this way, you can get your keys to your room" Lauren smiles, dragging Alaric along with her and all of us following behind them
"Hmm ready to give up yet? I don't know if you can control yourself being in the same room as me" Damon boasts, walking next to me
"Please, we live in the same house Damon. This'll be a piece of cake" I retorted back
"That may be true, but we haven't been sleeping in the same bedroom back home Nicole. Who knows what might happen tonight" Damon looks up and down, checking me out. I blush and quickly turned my face away from him.
"Well luckily for you, you're not sleeping in the same bed as me" I walked ahead of him, trying to catch up with the others
"What do you mean? There's only one bed in our room. You can't find another room right now, it's probably all booked out" Damon catches up to me
"I never said I was sleeping in another room. You can sleep on the couch in our room" I grinned at him and went up to the desk, grabbing our key cards.
*time skip*
We've settled in our rooms, I made sure to ask for extra pillows and blankets and plopped them on the couch for Damon.
So far, we've been civil. He hasn't tried making a move on me, which is a good thing.
We both changed our clothes and went down for Alaric's rehearsal dinner
