Marco Diaz x Reader

Chapter 3

Y/N POV

I walk back to the house and go inside and walk to Marco's room. I open the door and I use my magic to reverse the spell Star used so Marco's room would be back to normal.

I then walked down the hall to the room that will be my room while I live here. I sit on my bed and use my magic to change the room to make it a bit more, me. No expansion or anything, the Diaz's don't need 2 holes with giant structures sticking out, plus, I'm okay with a simpler room.

After I finish changing things up a bit, I lay down on my bed.

"I hated seeing Marco like that. He was so upset and I just wanted to try to calm him down and do anything I could to cheer him up. And why do I want him to come back so badly. I want him to walk through that door and I'd just run up to him and hug him. Wait. What? Why would I hug him?" I just layed on the bed and thought for a while.

Suddenly, I hear the front door close. I wonder who it is but I just stay where I am. Then I hear a knock on the door. It's probably Star. "Come in." I say.

The door opens. "Hey..."

That wasn't Star, that was definitely Marco Diaz. He came back!

I jumped off my bed and ran to the doorway and wrapped my arms around his neck and held him tight.

I realize what I am doing, but it just feels right, ya know?

Then I feel his arms wrap around my waist as his head sinks into my shoulder.

"I'm happy you came back." I whisper.

"I can tell." He says.

I let go and step away, "I-I'm sorry for doing that." I say as I rub the back of my neck nervously.

"It's okay, feel free to do it anytime." He says. I see a light blush appear on his face.

"O-Okay." I could feel my cheeks get red too.

"Y/N, Y/N, Y/N!" Star yells as she slides down the hall. "Guess what?!" She exclaims.

"What?" I say as I laugh a little.

"Marco can fight! He does this thing called karate! It's so cool!" She says excitedly.

"Oh, well can't wait to see him do it." I say as I look at Marco and smile.

I see his cheeks get red again.

"He's so cute... wait, what?" I think to myself.

"Well, while you two were gone, I used my magic to fix Marco's room. It's restored to its former glory." I say with a small laugh.

"Seriously?!" He asks excitedly as he runs to his room, Star and I following.

He opens his door to see his room back to normal.

He turns around to face me, "Thank you y/n!" He exclaims as he hugs me tightly.

"You're welcome." I say as I wrap my arms around him and hug him back.

We stay there for a bit until we hear a cough from Star. We quickly step back from each other and we both blush madly.

To distract from what just happened, I turn to Star, "So, what exactly happened between you two?"

Star then gets excited to tell me all about it and grabs Marco and I both by the wrist and drag us to her room. We sit on her bed and she explains everything, with Marco pitching in here and there.

After she explained everything, we decided we should go to bed.

"Goodnight you guys." Star says as she gets under her covers.

Marco and I walk out of her room and close her door.

"Well, goodnight y/n. I hope you sleep well. Um. You can just come get me if you need anything." Marco explains.

"Okay, thank you. Goodnight Diaz." I say with a smile.

"Goodnight." He says as he waves and turns around to walk to his room. I walk to my room as well.

I open the door to my room and walk inside. I jump onto the bed and pull the covers over me. I close my eyes and drift off to sleep.
