"Annie Annie, wake up we are here" Jocelyn said quietly, "I really can't wait for you to see your bedroom,I hope I didn't go overboard with it, I never really had a daughter so I'm really excited". I felt so tired,i don't even know where Jocelyn got this energy from all I wanted to do was sleep,I didn't care about the bedroom or anything else but I couldn't crush her spirit, "wow ,Jocelyn ,I'm sure it looks amazing" I said with a smirk. We both walked out of the jet and made our way inside the airport there was some tall,thin man with tan brown skin, coffee black eyes,gray and black hair with a French moustache and wrinkles you could see a mile away in front of his forehead,I think he was in his 50s . "Sergio there you" I heard Jocelyn scream with a high pitch voice and handed Sergio our luggage ." I hope my Niños(boys) were behaving themselves and didn't cause nanny Agatha any grief". "Yes, Mrs Smith they have been Behaving, Rafael even offered to cook dinner the other day , shall we get going" he said leading the way to a black benz(a black out G wagon).
Who was Rafael and what did she mean by Niños maybe Rafael was the cute child I saw. We entered the car and I took my phone out of my pocket to text Katie that I had arrived safely. "So Annie this is Sergio our driver Serigo this is Annie, Anna's daughter" " I knew you looked familiar you have Anna's beautiful eyes and her curly brown hair" he said with an unbelievable squeaky voice. "How do you know my mother". "Your mother used to come visit Mrs Smith back in the days". Why didn't my mother tell me about these people, let's hope there will not be anymore surprises. The ride to the house was silent,I even took a nap but woke up to Jocelyn talking on the phone, I quickly checked the time it has been an hour since we left the airport. Annie, honey welcome to California we have a private beach and apartment near it we can go there over the weekends,we can have picnics, we can go swimming ,whatever you want to do once you are settled in.
After what seemed like an 30 minutes of us being in the car,I looked out the window and saw nothing but trees, please don't tell me she lives in the woods,I thought to myself self. We then pulled up to a long drive way in the middle of nowhere, "we like to live far from the city it can be quite chaotic" Jocelyn mentioned looking outside the window "wow it's so beautiful " I answered her still staring at the window. The a big giant black gate opened before us only to see a cream white mansion I think, i have never seen a house like this"wowww this place is really beautiful, gorgeous". The car then stopped I think it's time you meet the boys". "What boys Jocelyn, you didn't tell me about any boys" I shouted trying to keep up with her. I watched carefully as she unlocked the door and held it open for me to enter.
"Niños I'm home" she shouted after a few seconds I heard screaming and laughter coming from the long cream white staircase, one, two,.....three,four..five,six....,seven. Seven children she didn't tell me that I would be living with seven more kids in the house. This can't be my life can it?
