Into the forest

Shiro lead the way into the forest with Adam. Keith and hunk were making sure lance was okay. It gonna be a lot harder to hide when lance get more pregnant by that I mean showing his stomach.
The forest was dark with a few light spot from the sun shining through the tree leaves. Most likely at night it will be a different story. As they walked they heard the animals and soldiers trying to find them. It was getting creepier and creepier. They saw bones on the ground and all type of weird tracks they didn't seem normal. It was round but other had large claws. The tree were knocked over most likely from a creature.
Shiro looked at one of the trees with Keith since they knew most about anything hunting or tracking. Adam say with lance and hunk trying to make sure lance was doing fine. He been pregnant for only awhile now. He has a small bump, but it not completely noticeable.
"I'm fine guys. I'm still my normal self" lance sighed he hates how everyone petty him.
"Lance we're just making sure cause we don't want you to stress, your an omega and if you stress you give off a smell only alpha can smell." Hunk tried to comfort his friend from this feeling.
"Hunk right.. we just want you to be less stress as possible and it also help to keep the baby healthy" Adam stood up after talking and looked behind to see if anything was around.

Meanwhile Keith and Shiro were trying to figure out what animal or creature did this.
"It could be a huge beast like a bear... or maybe something magical?.." Keith said
"No.. Knowing this forest wasn't suppose to be used or even entered I'm guessing it a hybrid creature or an alien thing..." Shiro looked around they couldn't find any scale or fur. He sighed softly.

They both walked back other to the group of 3. Keith went straight to lance and helped him up hugging him tightly. He love lance too much to let him go. He hated being far from him. He just wanted to protect him like he wasn't able too before. Lance hugged him back just as much smiling. Shiro went to Adam and hunk whispering to them.
"This is gonna be hard... but I think we should travel another hour or two.. then find camp in a tree" he didn't feel like telling the other two about how much longer they needed to travel incase they both had become whine. As well if you don't know how much longer the wait is, you can handle it for a limited amount of time. Though actually knowing the time as it come closer and closer you lose motivation and feel that it takes forever.  Adam and hunk agreed with Shiro and then hunk enjoy the two lover and walked with them. They all stay quiet after that with low whispers so soldiers wouldn't hear them.

Around 1-2 hours later

They finally stopped to make camp. Lance was exhausted more then anyone else. So they had to help him get into a tree quickly. They had found a larger tree since was good enough to let someone hide in the leaves but as well rest on the branches without them being to skinny or break. Lance was closing his eyes and then Shiro and Adam spoke about which way was out of this stupid forest. Keith and hunk climbed into the tree as well. They went on a higher branches by lance just in case.
"Lance you okay?.. you sure you don't want to move up here with me?" Keith asked seeming a little clingy.
"I'm sure Keith... but can you come down here instead.. I'm too tired to move.." Lance whined at Keith. Hunk was on the other side of the tree. Though the branch was on the same level as lance.
"You two should stay close to each other in case of anything." Hunk suggested. As the two nodded and Keith climb down one branch and help lance onto his chest as he leaned up on the tree trunk. Shiro and Adam looked at the 3 on the tree.
"We sure we can do this Shiro? I mean I know we said we run before, but with 3 kids.. and none the less the prince of the kingdom, two old thieves and One pregnant" even if Adam words were true he still loved the 3 it was just gonna be a lot more work.
"I understand that Adam but I had a job to protect them both and I take order from the prince just as much as he king. I wasn't gonna let them die cause of their love. You would of done the same if it was us instead of them" Shiro sighed and pinched his nose. Adam moves Shiro hand and then kissed him on the lip.
"You're right I would.." he laughed softly and then leaned into Shiro. They were having their moment almost as Keith and lance were. They both were betas so they couldn't have kids anyway. So these 3 could be like theirs.
As they were enjoying their time together they heard a noise and then eyes widen. Shouting and screaming coming from the way, they just came.  Shiro and Adam panic and climbed up as high as they could as everyone else was in high alert now. The soldiers came running.
"I HEARD THEIR VOICES THEY ARE CLOSE!" Soldiers 1 shouted as the other soldiers ran by them. All of them looked down and Keith covered lance mouth from making any whimpering sounds. Lance tried to push away from the branch as his shoes slipped off. A soldier stopped under the branch where they were. The shoe was gonna fall on him. They were gonna get found!

What was the creature?

(HEY I'm sorry I haven't even writing a lot I know I said I would write. Though I been pretty busy irl and mostly now with the virus. I hope everyone is taking care of themselves and washing their hands. Stay safe and wash your hands.)
