A Warm Introduction

Artemis Pov

Once Thalia and I got back I saw my girls were sitting around the camp fire telling stories. Phoebe was the one talking about a griffin she killed. They noticed us walking in and waved.

"Hunters I have some news we will be getting two more additions to the hunt now you might not like it because both of them are boys and will be our guardians."

Once that was said the camp broke out in chaos, every girl yelling things like 'why do we need boys to protect us', or 'they will probably hit on us' , 'boys are so lazy, disgusting and we really don't want or need them here'. Finally I had enough so I interrupted them "Be that as it may they are coming here weather you like it or not, this decree is from the gods.

Just then a black and white falcon with sea green eyes flew on Thalia shoulder, at the same time white wolf with black paws and brown eyes came trotting next to me. To say I was shocked would be an understatement. The girls had their bows at the ready, so I leaned down and petted the wolf knowing who it was, the wolf pressed his head into my my hand while I continued to petting him, in the corner of my eyes I could see Thalia stroking the Falcons beak in a loving fashion her knowing who it was.

We both looked at the hunters and I said "these are the two guardians our very own Twin Blade's".

Phoebe was the first to speak, "Great the gods send us a bird and a dog to protect us.

Before I had a chance to say anything, the wolf or should I say Gordan answered her in a deep voice that embodied the power of the wild, saying

"My sister I know you may be disappointed in men and you have you have every right to your preconceived notions of our gender, in fact me and my brother agree with you, most men are pigs or should I say boy's. However neither me nor my brother shall ever be that way. So it is with a humble heart that we ask you to just give us a chance to prove our selves".

The falcon/Percy said in a voice that sounded like Perseus bit with more power. "you are our sister's, we will protect you with are very lives if need be, but we also know that you are strong and proud warriors, who ask nor need help from any male. This is why my brother and I shall treat you as such and as my brother said all we ask is just a chance".

The girls looked at each other and said "fine". But Phoebe being Phoebe wouldn't let it go. "I give no leeway or respect to any boy, so you both shall have to earn it, that is if it's even possible for a mere boy."

Sarah one of my younger hunter's said "what are your names brothers". Falcon/Percy transformed into his demi-god form and said "I'm Percy Jackson and this is my brother... "Wait Percy Jackson has no brother" Phoebe interrupted. he then continued saying "I didn't think I had any either but I do and some of you might even know him."

Wolf/Gordon transformed into his demi-God form and when three of my newest girls saw him they all yelled jack and rushed him in a hug, which he returned just as eagerly. Phoebe then walked up to him an punched him in the stomach and said "get out now, I want you two out of here you are the main reason for Zoë not being here".

Percy looked like he was going to defend his self when he clutched his heart and looked to his brother how was on the verge of tears and then flashed out.

Thalia: what gives why is the chapter so short.

Me: sorry I just wanted to put out an update fast for you.

Thalia: you will fell true pain for this ahhhh

Me: noooooooooo stop throwing lightning bolts at me if you do I updated with a new chapter soon.

Thalia: fine I will hold you to it now go listen to your anime music
