Life After Azkaban

All that was a memory

*Sirius's P.O.V*

While sitting in Azkaban that was my favourite memory the beginning of our sixth year but now I had escaped I needed to find Remus when I went to Azkaban we were still together the first thing I did though as soon as I was out of sight from the death eaters I changed into Padfoot now I could go looking for Remus wow I feel like a lost dog looking for its owner anyway first place I went was his childhood home I spent Christmas there for our last year of hogwarts once I got there I smelt around no he wasn't gotta keep looking of to hogwarts I guess so off I went I stay in the train station for the next week waiting for the train I left once a day to go find some food then I would come back making sure I don't miss the train I stay in until 11am.

*Week later*

Yes it was finally here now I had to pick a sent I knew and follow it wait just a minute I smell a potter no it couldn't be maybe it was maybe it was Harry I sniffed one more time to be sure yep it was Harry I snuck onto the train with him he was with a red head which smelled like molly so must be her son and they were with a girl I didn't know her i stayed close behind them until we came to a compartment it had someone in but every where else was full so in we went wait the person was Remus I didn't believe it but then I heard.

"Umm Harry what's a dog doing here following us" asked the red head

"I don't know it must be lost"

"That magically knows the grate way I don't think so boys"

The girl was right her and the red head sat across from Remus and Harry sat next to him but leaving a space so I jumped up in between them and barked.

"Shh you'll wake Professor Lupin"

The girl said so I was right that's Remus Harry is Harry and the red head was molly's also guessing Weasley then I barked again.

"Shh you'll wake him now turn to your human form"

"You don't want him to do that trust me miss granger"

"Why not dogs aren't meant to be here"

"Yes but Padfoot here won't live if someone sees him human form"

Yes he sat up and I licked him and he stoked my head yes he knew it was me I wagged my tail.

"Why's he so happy then"

"He's happy that I remember who he is but Padfoot I can't keep you with me in school"

"So I am right he's a animagus isn't he"

"Yes but like I said I can't keep him with me"

I stopped wagging my tail knowing he was in a way right so I curled up next to him and put my head on his lap.

"Looks like he knows who we are then because he followed us"

"He knows who you are Harry definitely he might know you Ron but he won't know you Hermione you see your a muggle born and we went to school with James Lily Molly and Author"

"Oh ok but how did he know Harry would lead Padfoot to you"

"He didn't He was probably looking for someone he might know and then he would have search Hogwarts for me until he couldn't I knew he wouldn't give up so after looking and looking he would then go to Dumbledore"

"Bloody hell so you went to school with mine and Harry's parents and this dog found us by sent"

"Yes now please keep him here while go talk to the driver and ask if Dumbledore is available"

With that I turned to Harry and put my head on his lap.

"Fine but hurry back"

"Thank you and I will"
