What its like to have classes with a dog

*Harry's P.O.V*

I waited outside of Lupin's classroom while they talked knowing Padfoot was taking my lessons.

"Hey you ready"

He nods.

"I have to warn you we now have snape"

He growled but got over it as we went in to potions and sat down at my desk.

"Mr.Potter why do you have Padfoot with you"

"He's here to learn like everyone else sir"

"But he's not on my register"

"No that's right he's not he's on mine so if you kick him out you kick me out"

"Very well then off you get to work"

At that Padfoot jumped up.

"Your potions work"

"Oh sorry he was doing a plan before to a prank and he thought you meant that"

"Just get to work on your Amortentia"

"Ok can you read"

He nodded.

"Ok so can you pass the ingredients I need please"

He nodded pushing a few things towards me for me to put in potion after a while we were done knowing how to work with each other.

"Done sir"

"Ok what do you smell"

"I smell quidditch soap and Pygmy puffs and Padfoot smells chocolate a wet animal and books"

"Mr.Potter the hell do you know what this dog can smell"

"Magic we are wizards after all"

"Whatever you may go and get this dog off of my desk"

"A way to ruin the fun but fine Come on Padfoot let's go to lunch"

Jumping off Padfoot made the papers fly everywhere making me laugh.

"Good one Padfoot"

And I patted him on the head as we entered the great hall Padfoot went off to the front table waiting for Remus under the table putting his head on Remus's chair I went and sat with Ron and Hermione.

*Sirius's P.O.V*

I was waiting for my sweet Remus when Dumbledore started to talk to me.

"Waiting for Remus"

I nodded.

"I'm guessing you weren't with him all morning then"

I shook my head.

"So you went to classes with Harry"

I nodded at his last question.

"Dumbledore who are you talking to"

"Oh I didn't look down once did I Well you see McGonagall Padfoot is under the table waiting quite nicely actually for Remus"

"Oh hello Padfoot I know when your quiet what did you do"

I shook my head at her telling her I didn't do anything just then Remus sat down and I jumped up on to his lap.

"Hey Padfoot nice lesson with snape"

I nodded looking at snape walking in a mess.

"Severus what happened"

"Well Dumbledore I just had class with a dog and a potter they both think their very funny"

"Padfoot what did you do"

I shook my head again telling them nothing and I could see Harry in the distance laughing I'm proud of myself and I know a lot more where that came from sneveless thinks he had it bad I think I did worse in my boyfriends class room after we ate I just lay there on my baby's lap waiting for Harry and his friends.

"Come on Padfoot we're going to herbiology"

I licked Remus then climbed back under the table and ran down the hall to the trio I had a perfect plan and I loved how Harry played along with me in potions maybe he'll help me get out of it again.

"Ok here we are and your already Rowling in the flowers great but let's go inside"

I got up and followed him into the green house I went under the table just walking under it and every now and then I would jump up making everything fall over I could hear Harry laughing so fun this is.

"Mr.Potter please contain your animal"

"I can't"

"Why not"

"He's not my animal"

"But he came in with you"

"That doesn't mean he's mine"

Yes success I licked Harry on he hand thanking him for playing along with it and he patted me.

"Ok so who's is he then"

"Professor Lupin's literally he belongs to Professor Lupin or maybe Lupin belongs to him but either way"

"How dare you blame this on a professor"

"I'm not lying ask Padfoot your self"

"And who is Padfoot"

"The animal go on he can understand you ask him Padfoot come out"

"Ok Padfoot do you belong to Professor Lupin"

I nod my head.

"I've had enough of this detention both of you go on"

Me and Harry walked to the DADA class room for our detention like we were actually gonna go Harry knocked on the door and when we were told we entered.

"Hey boys what's going on"

"We got detention"

"Your telling me you got detention so did you come here to give me Padfoot"

"No we as in me and Padfoot got detention"

Remus got up and started pacing and I changed and put myself in his chair making jump when I speak.

"Yes it was pretty funny though"

"Merlin please warn me when you do that"

Me and Harry burst into laughter.

"So what happened"

"Well I did the messing on I'm just glad Harry went along with it Thanks Harry"

"Your welcome"

"Oh god what happened to get you here"

"Really well I was jumping under the table miss herbiology teacher told Harry to contain his animal"

"What did you reply with"

"That he isn't mine so she asked who's he was then because he came in with me I told her that doesn't mean he's mine so she ask who's he was then I said Professor Lupin that's when she  said how dare you blame this on a professor I told her she could even ask Padfoot herself that's when she gave me and a dog detention"

"I can't believe she gave a dog detention but it was worth it Hey Harry"

"Totally"

"What am i gonna do with you two Sirius you can't replace James with Harry"

"YOU THINK I TRIED TO REPLACE JAMES I COULD NEVER REPLACE HIM NEVER I JUST WANTED TO HAVE SOME FUN AND I REALISED IN POTIONS THAT HARRY WAS GONNA LET ME HAVE SOME FUN AND WOULD PLAY ALONG WITH KNOWING HE COULD GET INTO TROUBLE NOW I LOVE YOU AND I KNOW YOU DO TO BUT IM SORRY FOR GETTING HARRY INTO TROUBLE BUT I WOULD NEVER EVER REPLACE JAMES YOU KNOW THAT"

And without another word I changed and ran out of the room not knowing where to go or what to do.
