Ch 20

Rin pov

I look around. Everything got really big and far up. Even Kuro looks big. 

"Rin?" Yukio asks. 

"Yukio? Why is everything so big?" 

But it comes out as a mew. I look at Kuro and he smiles. 

"Rin you did it!" Yukio says happily. 

"I did!" I reply happily. 

"You are adorable." I hiss at him in response, and he backs away. "you sure have gotten the cat thing down... now that I see you. You look more like a kitten than a full-grown cat."

I look at him confused. 

"Your paws look bigger than they should. and you are very small," Yukio adds. 

I look down at my paws. They look small to me. Then I look at Kuro and his paws then back at mine. They do look big for my legs. 

"I guess you are right."

"I don't understand cat Rin."

"Can you walk around?" Yukio asks. 

I get up and I start walking. It feels odd at first. Then I get used to it. I start strutting like a model and my tail moves softly behind me. 

"Are you having fun?"

I sit down and nod but my tongue slips out of my mouth and gets stuck to my cheek I shake my head to get it unstuck and I mew as I do this. I easily get my tongue unstuck and I stop shaking my head and meowing.

"Is that a yes?" Yukio asks. I nod. "Can you extend your claws?" 

I walk over to him and start clawing his leg. 

"ow! Stop that!" Yukio shouts.

I relax my claws and let them fall back into their sockets. 

"So that's a yes... what is another cat thing. Kuro do you have any ideas?" 

"not really," Kuro replies.

"yeah, I still can't speak cat..."

"There is climbing," Kuro suggests. 

"But isn't that just using my claws?" I ask. 

"True," Kuro replies. 

"I still can't speak cat," Yukio replies. 

"Hey let's trash talk Yukio," I reply. 

Kuro smiles. "What is with those glasses? honestly, he looks like such a nerd," Kuro replies. I giggle. 

"You better not be trash-talking me," Yukio adds.

"Such a know-it-all," I mew. 

Yukio gets his hand wet and he flicks water at me and I hiss at him. 

"I said no trash-talking," Yukio replies. 

"teacher pet," I hiss. 

Kuro laughs. Yukio growls and Kuro and I take off running. We start snickering. We run all the way to my bedroom. I hop up on my bed and sit down. Kuro sits down next to me. 

"So what do I look like?" I ask. 

"You look like a light blue little kitten. although there is a small patch of white fur on your muzzle," Kuro replies.

I nod. "you are warm," I purr. I lean into Kuro. He smiles. 

"So how do I know you aren't spying on me for Mephisto?" I ask.
