"You have to go back?" Kacchan groaned, refusing to remove his arms from around me.

"Kacchan, you're the middle spoon." I reasoned. "If you let go of me, Shochan would still be here, let go."

"I don't give a damn. Stay." Kacchan complained. "Why do you have to even go to the fucking doctor?"

"It's for my health, Kacchan." I managed to wiggle out of his arms to go take a shower.

"Tch. That's fine, I guess." Kacchan grumbled, closing his eyes once more. Once he was asleep I went and took my shower, enjoying the warm water. I decided to cover up some more, I didn't like the vibes I got from that doctor.

Pervert.

And I've had my fill of those. At this point, I was ready to use One for All on people like that, but that's not very hero-like.

I left my dorm after putting on a long sweater that covered most of my body, and some jeans.

"Where ya going, Midoriya?" Tsu said, sitting in the common room.

"Back to the doctor, I have my actual appointment today." I said, putting on my coat. "Please make sure Kacchan doesn't kill anyone for me."

"You got it, kero." She nodded, giving me a thumbs up. "Stay safe out there."

"Alright, bye!" I waved and left the dorm. While walking to the doctor's office, I got some time to think. What is that illusion I have of my mom, is my brain just making them up to cope? That's probably the right answer.

My thoughts were cut short by my entry to the office and being immediately called back.

"Hello, young man. It's nice to see you again." The doctor pushed his glasses up, smiling. "Please have a seat on the bed."

I nodded and did as he said. I just wanted to end this as soon as possible.

"You know.." I mentally sighed. "You are a very attractive young omega."

"Sir, I just want my results." I stated.

"Oh yes, they came back negative." He returned to his doctor disposition. "We would actually like to test you for fertility."

"Is it possible to do this today?" I asked.

"Yes it is! It doesn't take long, allow me to go get the materials!" The doctor scurried out of the room, breathing pretty hard.

"Screw this, I'm calling Shochan and Kacchan." I pulled out my phone.

"What you can't handle him on your own?"

"I can, but is it worth the hassle?" I asked the now-present voice. "Can I ask you a question, voice?"

"Go ahead sweetie. You don't have to ask your mama."

"Yeah sure, are you real?" I asked.

I never got a response.

I ended up shrugging it off and calling Kacchan.

"What do you want, nerd?" Kacchan said, sounding like he just woke up.

"Don't be rude, Katsuki." Shochan mumbled, sounding half-asleep. "What do you need, sweets?"

"Could you two come down to the doctor's office, I don't exactly feel safe." I asked, only to hear rustling.

"We'll be there in five minutes, Izuku." Shochan spoke up.

"Fuck that, we'll be there in two minutes!" Kacchan yelled.

"Okay, bye you two." I laughed softly at Kacchan's explosiveness and hung up as the doctor walked back in.

"Alright Mr. Midoriya, I'll need you change into this medical gown. Then..." The man's face was flushed, obviously excited for whatever came next. "...I'll have to inject this liquid into your behind."

"Is this necessary?" I hesitated at the doctor's somewhat-erratic movements towards my person. "Are there any female doctors that could do that?"

"No, I'm the only doctor on staff today." Mr. Oyabayashi ran a hand up my thigh, clearly lying.

"That's enough." I grabbed his hand, activating One for All. I'm sure it hurt. "I'm here for my health. I have mates, I'm not a horny old man."

"Hey fucker!" Kacchan barked, his hands seemingly about to explode.

"Yes sir, this man right here." Shochan pointed towards the doctor and the security guard came and escorted the man out. "I'm glad I brought the security guard. You know I can afford to take you to an actual hospital, right?"

"I grew up using this hospital. I guess it is smarter to change it." I nodded. "Could we get a female doctor instead of a male one?"

"I'll go talk to the front desk." Shochan walked off. Kacchan walked over to the bed, peppering kisses all over my neck.

"I'm fucking sick of people touching my damn omega." He growled. And I will not lie. It sent shivers down my spine. "I should just mark you now, we've been putting it off."

"Kacchan don't do that, we're in public. And I'm not even in heat." I reasoned.

"A little temporary marking never hurt anyone." Kacchan brushed his thumb along my scent gland.

"K-Kacchan!" I scolded. "No!"

"Tch. Fine." Kacchan pulled away.

"What was he trying to do for him to get so pouty?" Shochan followed a female doctor into the room.

"Hello, I'm Mrs. Aiko!" She smiled, before bowing at a 90 degree angle. "I'm sorry for what Mr. Oyabayashi did!"

"M-Ma'am! It's alright, I don't blame you all!" I waved my hands frantically, flustered and trying to get the concentrated attention off of me.

She came back up with her bun messier and looser than before. "Oh thank All-Might! Just so you know, he's never working here again!"

"Thank you, Mrs. Aiko. Come on Katsuki, you can tell me all about it while we wait outside." Shochan came in and took Kacchan out of the room.

"Okay, so I have to pick up where he left off! Please bend over for me." She picked up the tools after snapping some gloves on. "You may feel some discomfort!"

I gulped but obliged. Then she inserted some type of liquid up my butt and it took me by surprise.

"I know, I know. It'll be over in a few seconds." She comforted me and then pulled the tube out. "I'm really sorry for that!"

"N-no, it's fine!" I blushed, trying to regain my breath. "What happens now?"

"Now we x-ray you to see if the liquid travels throughout your womb." She smiled, leading me to another room with an x-ray machine.

It was a tiring process, but I could see the doctor get more focused and serious once actually doing something. She probably really likes her job. She also looked kind of worried and asked to redo it multiple times.

Her being worried made me worried, which made my pheromones come out, alerting everyone of my worry.

"O-oh, don't worry Mr. Midoriya!" She panicked and waved her hands. "You're all done, you can go change and we'll get the results back to you as soon as possible!"

"R-right."

So, I went and changed, meeting Kacchan and Shochan outside.

"What are these appointments for Izuku?" Shochan asked, walking beside me.

"A pregnancy test that turned into a fertility test." I stated.

"Are you pregnant?" Kacchan questioned.

"Nope. And they don't know about my fertility yet."

"I'm sure you're fine." Shochan smiled and rubbed my cheek. I nodded and smiled back:

"I hope that's the case."
