-recap-
"Sabrina babe, who's at the door?" He stopped, his smile completely wiped off of his face. I raised my eyebrows and smiled. His eyes darkened a bit when he saw me and I could've sworn he gulped when he took in my outfit. My smile widened.
"Hi there, Owen."
—
SETH
He stared at me with his dilated eyes and Sabrina scoffed. "Come in, Seth."
I walked inside slowly as Owen moved out of the doorway. I couldn't help but bite my lower lip, suddenly feeling nervous all of a sudden.
This was crazy. I'm an idiot to even agree to this.
"So, uh.. you guys are actually engaged." I gritted out. In the corner of my eye, Sabrina was groping Owen to make me jealous, obviously. I chuckle.
"Yeah, this Sunday remember." She grinned. Owen coughed awkwardly, his eyes trained on me.
"Oh, right. How could I forget?" I smiled bitterly. I couldn't stand to look at this witch any longer so I turned and took in my surroundings. "Where are the others?"
"Trisha, Lauren and Deanne just went home before you got here. You are over an hour late." She reminds me with an eye roll. I smirk.
"Oh yeah, I forgot." I shrugged and she gave me a stank face before composing herself and smiled.
"Well, the girls already know what's planned for the wedding since we still keep in touch." She looks me up and down before continuing, "Unlike you, who just cuts off people when things just don't go your way."
I look at her with pure hatred "yeah well, I didn't feel like talking to a whore." She gasped and turned to Owen to see his reaction of me calling her that.
He just stood there not saying anything and not being able to look at me. Pathetic. I knew he felt guilty but i didn't care. If he had a heart, he would at least break up with me before messing around with her.
She sighed once she knew he wouldn't do anything. "Seth, can we just-" she sucked her teeth and sighed.
"Let's just start over kay?" And smiled widely, trying to rekindle our friendship as if nothing bad had happened between us. As if she wasn't the one who started it- who brought it up in the first place. Stupid ass.
"Kay." I mimicked smiling fakely. Her smile disappeared and Owen just threw his arm over her shoulder, whispering something in her ear.
She suddenly smirked at me.
"Make yourself at home Seth, Owen and I have something important to do. Don't go anywhere, my mother will be down shortly." I just nodded my head and turned my back from her not even bothering to reply back. She sounded so grown, I wanted to cry laughing. Sabrina was the most immature out of the both of us and I couldn't stand watching her act all that at the moment.
The house was even better inside. It looked so fucking beautiful. As if it was straight out of a movie.
I noticed there were some pictures hung up and so I walked to one of the pictures that was closest, to see a younger version of Sabrina; smiling and laughing in the picture. She looked so innocent and so different from who she was now. I almost teared up from reminiscing of the memories we had together. Next to her, was a beautiful woman with similar blonde hair. She looked about the same age as us, maybe a little older but still very young. I didn't know how long I was just staring at the picture but it seemed for awhile. Before I knew it, a voice snapped me out of my thoughts.
