Allegiant Alternate Ending - Tris doesn't die

Chapter 3

Tobias's POV

I walk into the infermatory and there she is, still breathing, her heart still beating but still not with us. I notice Christina sitting next to her and smile

"Thanks for being here for her Christina" I say

She looks up at my, her eyes glistening with tears, "No problem" she sobs

I go sit down on the other side of Tris's bed and take her hand, I wanted to tell her that it would be alright, that I would see her soon, but thats the thing, I couldn't because it might not happen. 

"Tobias?" The minute she says it I know it's her. I look up to see Tris with her beautiful blue eyes starring at me.

"Tris? Oh thank godness, how are you feeling,Christina go get a doctor!" I say slightly panicking

As Christina gets up to leave I squeeze Tris's hand

"How are you feeling" I ask, concerned

"Like I've been hit by a truck" She replies with a small smile

"Don't worry, the doctor will be soon and i'm sure he'll have something for the pain" I say resurringly

And sure enough in came the doctor with Christina by his side

"Nice to see you awake" the doctor said motioning to Tris

"So basically when David shot you, you lost alot of blood and passed out, you have been in a coma for about a week. However you are recovering well and should be home in a few days" he discussed

"Take these painkillers twise a day, they numb the pain" he explained handing her some pills

"Okay" Tris replied. Then with a nod he walked out.

~ Time Lapse ~

1 week later

I walk into the infermatory Tris is asleep so I gently shake her awake "Today you get to come home" I murmer into her ear.

"Thank god" she mutters "I can't stand it in here"

I wait outside while Tris gets changed and then we are on our way. Tris has a crutches to help her walk but appart from that its just like a normal day, that is until we walk into the dorm and hear a sudden "Surprise!!!!". Everyone was there celebrating Tris getting out of hospital

"Oh and I forgot to tell you, there is another reason we are celebrating" I tell Tris

"And what would that be?" she asks me curiously

"We are going back to Chicago! We are going to rebuild the factions and we are all going to go back to dauntless!" I exclaim

Suddendly Tris's lips are on mine as I pull her closer the kiss gets more intense until she pulls away

"Thats wonderful, we can get a little apartment together" She suggestes

"That would be perfect" I wisper in her ear, smiling
