»I didn't know you could cook healthy.« smiled your girlfriend Wanda who just went into your open kitchen with a smile and put the key on the white kitchen counter.
Wanda and you recently moved into your own apartment. Tony had offered you two to live in the Avenger Tower, but you and her wanted to be calm about all the supernatural stuff. Wanda and you just wanted to enjoy your days off as normal people and not always think of Thanos or other alien creatures.
»I'm just trying something...so don't get so fix on it.« you smile and just cut the red paprika for lunch. This time there was a homemade paprika rice pan and not something from the shawarma that you actually brought with you every day. »If it is tasty I would like to have it every day, sweety.« she smiled, took out a knife and a cutting board and helped you cook. »The last time I cooked was with 8 and my mother helped me at this.« »Me and Pietro cooked in the past time very often. Sometimes alone and sometimes with our parents.« she smiled sadly and you gave her an encouraging smile. »Pietro will always protects you. Contrary to her, you are the bigger stubborn. Even with a little argument, where you may be to blame, you only give in after a day.
Amused she took the leek you bought for today. »You know what a piece of leek looks like? I am impressed (Y/N).« »Only because I always buy something from the shawarma? Really?« laughing she also cut the leek into small pieces and then threw her vegetables into the pan, which you also do. »Do you think...it was a good idea?« you saw in surprise to Wanda. »What do you mean?« »I mean the silence. The normal life.« you slightly laughed and hugged her. »Yeah, Tony's bad dad jokes don't we need to hear everyday, Tony's and Steve's fights and we have time for us alone instead to go on little missions which the police could handle.« »You right.« »You also prefer me to the others! Otherwise you would not have been my girlfriend or would not have moved in with me!« you grinned whereupon Wanda amused rolled her eyes.
She loved you for a long time. Since you first faced each other in the fight against Ultron. For her it was love at first sight and in the end she was happy that you were one of the good ones.
»Come here (Y/S).« smiling she took your face in her hands and kissed you. Full of love to show you how important you are to her.
»And now we focus on cooking, otherwise either the apartment will burn or your nice cooked pan.«
