Chapter 1

The story started in a hospital where a woman was in her labour pain and in any time the baby will be delivered and her family were very much in tension not for the woman but only for the baby, their heir, who will handle their business, will earn them money and maybe will give them another heir to their so called reputed family

Outside the Labour Ward

Nurse1: Oh god !! Yeh patient toh bohut hi takleef mein hai, bohut hi jyada dard ho raha hai inko, But abhi tak doctor aayi hi nhi. Agar woh jaldi nhi aayi toh bohut badi problem ho sakti hai

Nurse2: Mene unko phone kiya tha, unhone kaha ki rastey mein hai, bas 10 minutes main pahuch jayegi

Just then their gaze feel at the doctor who was rushing towards the labour ward

Nurse1: Thank god aagyi doctor

The doctor stopped to the nurses and asked them

Doctor: Sab kuch ready hai operation theatre mein ?

Nurse1: Yes doctor, every thing is ready. Aap bas ander aaye

Doctor: Yes let's go

In the operation theatre

Doctor: Okay everyone be ready, normal delivery karni padegi and Manisha you have to cooperate with us. Mai jaise jaise kehti hu tum wese hi karo tabhi tumhara baby safely ho payega

With so much pain Manisha said

Manisha: Doctor Bela aapko jo bhi karna hai kariye but please mere baby ko safely ish duniya mein le ayee

Bela: Don't worry mrs. Manisha, sab thik hai, you just have faith in God, okay ?

After facing trouble for almost half an hour

Bela: Manisha just one last time and then your baby will come

After few minutes, they heard the crying of a baby. Bela took the baby in her hand and said

Bela: Congratulation Manisha, it's a girl aur iski aakhein ek dam tumhari tarah hai. Nurse jao baby ko clean karlo tab tak mai Manisha ke family ko bata deti hu

After sometime Bela come out of the operation theatre

Bela: Manisha ke family se kon hai yeha ?

Manisha's husband came towards Bela and replied

Manisha's husband: Mai mai hu Manisha ka pati, bataye doctor kaisa hai mera beta woh thik toh hai na ?

Bela: Stop stop Mr. Ahuja, aapki wife aur aapki baby dono thik hai aur congratulations aapko beti hui hai

Manisha's husband: Kya beti !! ese kese beti ho gayi meri. Nhi nhi woh meri beti nhi hai. Mujhe mera beta chahiye sirf beta agar woh nhi de payi mujhe mera beta toh mai usko chhor dunga

Hearing this Bela fumed in anger

Bela: Excuse me aapko pata bhi hai yeh aap kya keh raho ho ese kese bol sakte hai aap woh aapki baby nhi hai woh aur aap aapne wife ko chhor denge. How dare you ?
Woh aap hi ki beti hai agar aapko koi shaq hai toh hum DNA test karwa sakte hai uske agey hum kuch nhi kar sakte

At that moment a nurse come to Bela

Nurse: Doctor Manisha ki tabiyat aur bigad rahi hai, please aap dekhiye unko

Bela to Manisha's husband with rage

Bela: You better to stay here

And then Bela went inside the ward

Bela: Manisha kya hua, tum thik toh hona ?

Manisha: Doctor Bela mujhe pata hai mere pati ne bahar kya kaha aapse. Unlogo ko humesha se beta hi chahiye tha, unlogo ne toh pehle bhi mera check up kiya tha bache ki gender pata lagane mein illegally. Par maine hi us doctor ko kaha tha bache ka gender galat bataye.

Agar unlogo ko pata chalta mere kokh mai ek ladki hai, toh woh log usey maar dete aur ab mere paas jyada waqt nhi hai toh please aap meri bachi ko kisi achi si jagah de dena bhale hi woh orphanage hi kyu na ho please itna kar dijiyega warna woh log meri bachi ko maar denge

Manisha said this while having problem so much taking deep breath

Bela: Nhi nhi Manisha tumhe kuch nhi hoga kuch nhi

Manisha: Doctor mujhe akhiri baar meri beti ko dekhna hai please doctor

Bela asked the nurse to bring the baby and give to Manisha

Manisha: Baby I am sorry mai aapko ese chhod kar jaa rahi hu but aap chinta mat karna aapke saath mai humesha rahungi ek saye ki tarah, humesha mai aapko dekhti rahungi upar se. Moma loves you

Manisha said the last words with a faint smile and at last her heart beat stopped

Everyone had tears in their eyes

Nurse: Doctor, Manisha is dead

Bela took the baby in her arms and then gave her to the nurse
asked other nurse to inform Manisha's family members about her unfortunate death

A minute later...

Nurse: Doctor bahar koi bhi nhi hai

Bela: What ? Abhi toh thodi der pehle thay na toh kaha gaye woh log. Ruko mai reception pe jake puchti hu

Bela rushed towards the reception and asked about Manisha's family

Receptionist: Yes doctor abhi thodi der pehle woh log nikal gaye and they were looking tensed, maine rokne ki bhi kosish ki but woh log chaley gaye. Maine wardboy ko bola picha karne ko but woh log tab tak nikal chukey thay hospital compound se

Bela: Oh God mujhe pehle hi samajh jana chahiye tha yeh log esa hi kuch karenge

At that moment Ronit come there who was already waiting there for his daughter

Ronit: Bela kya hua itni pareshan kyu lag rahi ho

Bela: Papa aap yeha ? Aap kab aaye wapas ghar se

Ronit: Mai ghar gaya hi kab tha, tabse yehi toh hu, Nisha ne mujhe strict instructions jo deke rakhe hai par. Ab batao kya hua

Bela then explained everything to her father

Ronit: Beta tum tension na lo, sab thik ho jayega ab chal tu ghar. Idhar sab sambhal lenge hum baad mein

Bela: Par papa woh bachi uska toh ab koi nhi hai is duniya mein, uski family ne toh usko chhor diya aur uski maa ne toh duniya hi chhor diya
