Love Never Dies

Chapter 4

Sarah and Andrew arrived in London after the drive from Hertfordshire. They went back to Andrew's house where in front of the house was Madeleine's car. Andrew pulled into the drive and Sarah pulled in behind. They both got out of their cars and Sarah walked over to Andrew.

"I'm nervous about this. I don't think I should come in." Sarah said really nervous.

"It will be ok, my angel of music." Sarah smiled then they both went in. "Madeleine?"

"I'm in here darling." Madeleine said from the living room. Sarah's stomach knotted. Andrew went in followed by Sarah. Madeleine stood up "Hi honey. Oh hi Sarah." Sarah couldn't look at Madeleine, she just rested a hand on her stomach.

"Madeleine I need to talk to you and you will want to sit down." Sarah walked over to the window behind Madeleine and looked out it. Madeleine sat down. Andrew took her hand. "you know I love you and I wouldn't do anything to purposely hurt you dont you." Tears started dropping from Sarah's face.

"Yeah I do. Andrew what's going on. You are scaring me." Andrew looked over at Sarah then back at his wife.

"I..." He hesitated then finally admitted "I slept with Sarah and now she's pregnant with my baby." Madeleine sighed but didn't say anything. "I'm sorry."

"You still love her don't you?" Madeleine asked softly. Andrew hesitated then nodded. She sighed then got up and walked over to Sarah. She wiped Sarah's tears with Sarah flinching slightly then she put a hand on Sarah's stomach where there was a tiny bump. "Make him happy. I know you can. Love him that's all I ask of you." Madeleine then walked off upstairs. Both Andrew and Sarah followed. She was packing her stuff in a few suitcases. It didn't take her long to pack her things. "Andrew can you carry these out to my car."

"Of course." Andrew said sighing. He picked up the suitcases and carried them to the car. Madeleine followed but Sarah sat down on the couch. Andrew put the suitcases in and she kissed him gently. "love her that's all I ask of you. Make sure she is happy. Don't lose her this time. She loves you too." Madeleine slid her engagement and wedding rings off her and placed them in his hand. "Good bye Andrew." She got into her car and drove off. Andrew walked back into his house. He put the rings on the side along with his own wedding band and went back to Sarah. He sat next to her on the couch, pulled her in close, put his arms around her with his hands rested on her stomach and they cuddled until she fell asleep. Andrew lifted Sarah up and carried her up to bed. He placed her in bed. He slipped her shoes off then covered her in the duvet and he sat in the Chair by the bed watching her sleep until he fell asleep too
