Chapter 12

-Sabre's POV-

I walked inside our house and up to Lucy's room, to check on Orange Steve and her. Once I walked in I saw Lucy reading a book and Orange Steve laying on her lap... He still seemed a bit down... "Hey Lucy! What're you reading?" I asked, smiling, as I walked over... "Just... Just an old book..." She... Was lying. I knew because she didn't even look at me and just... She had that tone that she always had when she lied. "Lucy... Be honest with me." I sighed and sat by her, causing her to sigh and slowly lower the book... "Its... It's not important right now Sabre. So uh... What you need?" Lucy... Why aren't you telling me... I simply sighed and told her "We need to open the red portal." I then explained what we need to do... She nodded and let orange get up and walk out... She sat up and I asked her "What is in the book? Please tell me... You're worrying me." Lucy simply sighed and shook her head as she closed the book... "Sabre. I'll tell you later. Let's just... Go."

-Timeskip to when they meet the red steve-

We slowly approached the red Steve, weapons out... The red Steve seemed... So weird- They saw us. "Hello."... Rainbow Red Steve...? "You must be friends of red Steve." What are they...? We all pot our weapons away, confused... "Hello RainbowRed... I am Sabre... And those are my Friends Orange Steve, Liam and Lucy."... After some explaining, Liam suddenly spoke up... "Guys. Guys! That's... That's the Crystal behind him." RainbowRed moved aside, showing us others the crystal... How did Liam see that...?...

After some talking... RainbowRed told us we will only get the crystal after we get the others... "...Fine. we will get the other crystals." Liam sighed and held out his hand, probably to promise to RainbowRed like that that... We will ACTUALLY Gather the Crystals. He shook it and... Afterward RainbowRed went trough a portal and we... We didn't have enough time to go through.  "...Let's... Let's get back to the Rainbow Hub." Lucy sighed... She... She was awfully quiet the entire time.... We walked out and orange Steve teleported us back to the rainbow hub... Before anyone could say anything... Lucy ran back to the house and ran inside. We were all worried... What Was she hiding...? What does the book have written in it?!

-Lucy's POV-

I sighed as I let myself fall back onto my bed... I... I was too distracted the entire time... By what was inside the book... Did... Did Raven and Yoosung write it? Or something else...? What worried me the most was some certain sentences...

"You Can't save this world nor your friends. Everything is doomed. Everyone is doomed. "

...Was that... The truth...? Were we all...
