recap: you posted a photo of you and matt cuddling with your matching hoodies. a little while later, you tried to facetime jaden. he declined the call, & you find it very weird because he always seems so happy to talk to you. so you decided to call bryce to see what was up with jaden. ••end of recap•• you sat at the kitchen counter next to matt and you called bryce.
~~~facetiming bryce hall~~~ conversation: b= bryce mk= mackenzie m=matt •b= hey what's up? •mk=hey! don't feel used but i just facetimed jaden and he declined right away. do you know what's up with him? •b= umm that's weirddd •mk= bryce what are you hiding? •b= that's a secret i'll never tell. •mk= is it because of my post on instagram? •b= that's what i would guess. we were snap chatting a couple minutes before you posted the picture, and once we got the post notification, he left me on opened and 10 minutes later, sent me a black screen instead of the same funny face that we were sending eachother. •mk= oh my god! matt is like my brother, i would never do that to jaden. oh, matt say hi!! matt looked up from his phone and make a peace sign. •m= what's up man •b= what's up big dog you put the phone's view back on you •mk= okay wait so why would jaden be angry? we aren't even dating, and i'm pretty sure he only sees me as a friend. •b= you didn't hear it from me but i sense that my boy has a crush on a girl named mackenzie baker. •mk= aww omg now i feel even worse!! he's gonna think me and matt are dating! •b= that's exactly what i was thinking. look, i gotta go but if anything happens then call me. love u •mk= okur love you ••••• ellie, alex, and joe wake up from the couch and ellie runs over to you.

you get up and hug her. "thank you, you are literally my therapist." she says "that's why i'm here girl." •••• you guys decide to order a pizza and then you get a facetime call from jaden. you mutter, "guys." and you show them the phone. "go get your guy!" ellie said.
you say "okay" and you head up to your room. you pick it up and his eyes are all red and puffy and you say "oh no jaden! i'm so sorry!"

you stuck out your bottom lip, making a pouty face, which caused jaden to chuckle a little bit, which made you giggle.
"i missed that laugh", he said. you smiled and he said "best friends again?" you said "word. now i want you to meet my friends, but i'll facetime the group chat." he nodded and you hung up. •• you immediately went downstairs and you had the biggest smile on your face & said "were all good!! i have my bestie back! i'm gonna facetime the group chat and i want you to meet everyone." everyone says at the same time "word." you all laugh. ~~~~facetimingthe gang~~~ •jaden joined •kio joined •avani joined •quinton joined •anthony joined •bryce joined •josh joined •payton joined ••• •bryce= heyy •kenzie= hey!! •payton=why is there so much noise •mackenzie= sorry my friends are here. (you turn to your friends off camera) guys come here!! (they come to the screen and wave and smile) this is Ellie, and this is Matt, Alex, and Joe. AHHH you fall out of your chair laughing while ellie is already on the floor. ellie looks up and points to the phone to see everyone dying and she starts laughing even more. once the laughing fit is over, you go back into the chair and the boys run in. •joe = what happened to you?! •alex = did someone die in here? matt just falls on the floor the same way Ellie did. everybody laughs again. •mackenzie= oh my god! there's no way that just happened again!! (you said that in between laughs) you help him up by grabbing his arm and he almost falls over you because you are so small. •mackenzie= since you almost just killed me, can you get the m&m's from the pantry? me and Ellie are gonna do face masks if you want to join while we talk to my friends. •matt= you are eating again? didn't we just have food like an hour ago? •mackenzie= i'm a fatass, can't you tell? then you hear everyone from the phone say "LIES!!!!" you all laugh and then Matt goes to get the m&m's. •Avani=wait i'm gonna do a face mask with you guys, i need it! •ellie= wait that's actual goals •mackenzie =word everybody laughs, even alex and joe. •mackenzie= whenever i say "word", you guys burst out in laughter. why? •jaden= because your accent sounds funny when you say that •mackenzie =oh, word. everybody laughs again and matt walks in. •mackenzie= damn it. give me the m&m's matt. ellie, you're on face mask duty. my first bathroom, third drawer on the left. •anthony= what do you mean, "first bathroom?" alex chimes into the conversation •alex= oh she's rich!! and her house has eight bathrooms, eleven bedrooms with balconies in each one, three living rooms, a gym, movie theater, and a HUGE pool and garden in the backyard. •mackenzie= stop exposing me alex! it's not that big of a deal, really. you look back to your phone and see everyone's mouths wide open. •avani= how are you so humble? •jaden= seems like alex has been to your house a lot if he knows the amount of rooms you have. •mackenzie= nope, i mean, since the first day of school they have been over a lot, but once they saw my house, they all asked how many rooms there were. •matt whines and says= ELLIE HIRRY UP I'M READY TO CLEANSE MY PORES!! everybody laughs •Ellie runs in the room and says= sorry i got lost. her first bathroom is on the first floor and it's really confusing. •bryce= wait how many floors are in your house? •joe= SIX!!
