i woke up to the sound of whispering in my room. i fluttered my eyes open, and felt arms around my waist. i looked behind me to see quinton sleeping peacefully. i smiled to myself, memories flooding back from the night before. then, i turned my head back around and saw everyone in my room and staring at me.

"what the fuck is happening?" i whined.

"mack, it's 10:00 am, i'm surprised you're not up yet.", ellie explained.

"welp, there goes leg day." i replied.

griffin chimed in and said "our show is at two, so you have time. but you don't need the workout, you're already more buff than bryce."

"hey not cool." bryce pouted. i laughed.

ellie said "okay girly you need to get ready because i know you want to go on a run!!"

i said "i would, but i don't wanna wake him up." i looked back at quinton.

avani said "he'll be fine, come on. the girls want to come with, we need a summer body."

i reluctantly stood up and put on some random exercise clothes i found in my bathroom. the guys left to go play video games, and we were about to leave.

i didn't want to wake up quinton, so i left a note on the desk.

hi baby. i went on a run with the girls, what's new. if you wake up before we come back, text me your starbucks order.

we have a show at 2:00, don't forget. i'll see you later xo

i put in my airpods as i left the room, catching up with the girls.

i woke up around 11:30, with no certain brunette to cuddle with in sight. i sighed, and was about to go look for her because i'm cranky without my morning cuddles. i saw the note and smiled. i texted her;

good morning beautiful, i saw your note. iced latte with french vanilla?

she replied about twenty minutes later, which was reasonable since she wasn't on her phone.

goodmorning sleepyhead, you've got it😚

i smiled as i set my phone down and went into the shower. when i came out, i saw the person i missed most, on the bed with the girls laughing.

i charged over to her and layed my head on her leg, and she giggled. that giggle thooo. okay i'll stop.

"clingy today, are we?" she asked.

all i did was nod my wet hair, and nuzzle it into her to give her the message i want her to play with my hair. she gave in and continued the conversation about youtube to her friends.

avani huffed "oh yeah quinton, your girlfriend almost killed us today."

mack replied "i told u guys to go back if u were tired, and i'd just get the starbucks for you!"

ellie said "it's routine for mack, she runs almost 50 miles a week."

i said "i'm surprised nessa survived, you're always complaining about having to walk places."

she said "after the first 15 minutes i gave up and went back to the boys. i was gonna die."

we all chuckled and then got ready for the show. quinton and i had decided to sing a duet since, to my surprise, he was really good at singing.
