And then, after that, my honeymoon was even more perfect, if that was actually possible. We had spent our time together enjoying ourselves in a small and remote island of the coast of America/Mexico.
After we came back, Daniel and I decided to settle into the city next over to the town we had grown up in, so that some of our family and friends would stay close. Everything was amazing for a few months, during which Daniel went and worked at a law firm, and being quickly promoted through the positions. Even though I also had studied law and earned a degree, I stayed home as a housewife.
However, soon I would have received a surprise that changed my life forever.
I had been throwing up a lot, having morning sickness, and dreaming very vivid dreams. I was confused as to what was really happening until I was sorting through the bathroom and found a pregnancy test kit. Since I was bored and had no other tasks to do for the day, I decided to do the test for the heck of it. What I really didn't expect was the 2 horizontal lines that popped up.

I very nearly screamed my head off.
After taking several more tests for confirmation, I was prancing around the house, practically bursting with excitement. I couldn't wait to tell Daniel!
However, what happened later that day really was a surprise.
