Sky's Pick: Someone Like Me by SamiCoops
Blurb: One broken heart.
Two old flames.
An unexpected reunion.
Diana Hamilton has spent the last six years trying to leave the girl she was in high school behind. Along with any residual feelings she had for Mason Hayworth, the golden boy who shattered her heart.
But when fate throws Mason back into her life, she starts to wonder if she really has changed since then, or if somewhere deep inside she is still the girl who let him walk all over her.
As they rekindle their romance, it becomes clear that sometimes people can't change and Diana needs to decide whether it's more important to hold onto him.
Or to herself.
Why Recommended: I was paired with Sami in a book club and when I got to read her story, I thought it was amazing. It was well written because she's a great writer. Honestly, your emotions will be all over the place and to me, that's a great story. It's worth the read because Diana is a complex character and you can't wait for character development to grab onto her.

Dahlia's Pick: Remember Me by Voyageavecmoi
Blurb:
A poor farmer enlists the help of a memory snatcher to discover the truth about his sister's suspicious death.
***
Upper-Caldozzans have access to everything: endless food, drink, wealth, even memories of things their overindulged bodies could never achieve. Lower-Caldozza's creators feed themselves and their families by selling their experience to the elite through memory snatchers. When a prolific creator, Messita, dies suspiciously, her brother, Runan a poor farmer with a grudge against the memory selling business, enlists the help of a childhood friend, now memory snatcher, Solara, to discover the truth about Messita's suspicious death.
Why Recommended:
Remember Me automatically transports you into the Lower-Caldozza life, sharing with you their struggles and ways to try to climb up to the cushy Upper-Caldozza life or simply live. It follows Runan & Solara who've had some interesting history which brings a fun chemistry to the novel. I must admit that Ju'Rah is actually one of my favorite characters. You should read the book to find out how he plays into this lovely science fantasy book. ;)

Loutka's Pick: Frost Concussive
Blurb:
When a war breaks out in the land of fairies the natural course of the world's seasons are thrown off, sending everyone into an enduring summer. When the influence of the battling goes so far as to affect humanity, Mother Nature knows interference must occur.
Only one being can save the most wonderful time of the year, and that certain someone happens to be known best as Frost.
Why Recommended:
It was my first time reading a retelling on Wattpad and I finished it in one go! When I read this book, I couldn't help but feel like I was living in a world I never wanted to leave. Jack aka Jacqueline Frost felt so real and I enjoyed her attitude so much around the other characters. Not to mention the mixed nostalgia feelings, it gave me.
