Chase's POV (Surprise!)

"Come sweetie...... She is waiting for you." I nodded at nurse and went further inside. She turned towards me and smiled slightly..... The one which could be managed in her condition, but I couldn't smile at her after what she did. I just stayed mum, silently gesturing her to talk.

"Ch...ase..... Sorry...... I had.... N..no i...dea th..at a...ll this was pl....anned." I looked upto her.

"But still you used me." I said.

"Y..es...... I had to.... Meet you. So.... I did what I could......"

"Don't lie...... I heard your talks with him. I have sharp ears, you used me because he blackmailed you." I said while glaring at her.

"Ye..s he black...mailed me. But he wanted to kidnap..... But I decided..... So I c..ould meet you." She said while breathing heavily.

"Okay..... Why you wanted to see me exactly?" I asked.

"I..... Can you call me Mamma? For ..... Once?" I shook my head.

"I can't...... You are not my Mamma. My Mamma is lying on the hospital bed..... Because of you." I said.

"I.... Know. But..... Don't hate .....me. I had n...o ill intentions to...wards you. Sp...ending one.... Month with you.... It was best. I know.... I am not good mother..... And I thank god that..... He didn't spoil.... You..r childhood by... letting you Sta... Stay with me." She said.

"I don't love you..... But after this I don't hate you also. Hearing about you don't make me happy or angry because...... Whatever you did.... I got my Mamma due to that." I smiled slightly.

"Th...ank y...ou. Now I can die.... In peace. Please..... Say sorry to Richie and...... Sia...na?" I nodded and suddenly she stopped talking. She was just smiling with her eyes open.

"Record the death time..... And convey outside that Ms. Mia is no more." Said the doctor in sad tone and went outside. Another doctor took me outside....... I silently went to my Daddy.

"Sorry..... We couldn't save her." Doctor said went inside again.

"Daddy..... I am not sad. I just feel happy because she went smiling...... Maybe because of me." I said and he picked me up. He kissed me.

"I am proud of you champ." I smiled at him.

"She said sorry to you...... And Mamma." I said to him and he nodded.

"Daddy..... Mamma will be fine. God is not at all cruel to me..... He gave me best and took the rest. My best Mamma will stay with me." I said confidently.

"Yes baby..... Yes. Your Daddy needs your Mamma too. She have to be fine for you.... For me." I smiled.

"Daddy...... After Mamma wakes up.... What will you do?" I asked because I want my Mamma to stay with us. Like a family..... Like Uncle Kian stays.

"I don't think I would be able to do anything after that..... But that is for sure that I will say sorry to her. Actually we both will." I nodded getting sad over my behaviour with her.

"Daddy.... Mamma will forgive me...... But I can't say the same for you." I stated truthfully.

"Do you have to be so blunt and truthful always? Your Daddy is not any less scared of the aftermath that he will suffer." I smiled at his tensed pout.

"Excuse me...... Family for Miss Siana?" We all got up at once.

"The patient is out of danger...... There are some serious injuries and for that we will keep her under observation for few days..... We will shift patient to private room...... When she gains the consciousness..... You all can meet her one by one." We all nodded and Daddy realised a sigh.

"You..... Will not go anywhere near her!" Uncle Sean said to Daddy.

God! Daddy will not be able to say sorry if Uncle Sean does not let him meet Mamma. I have to intervene to save Daddy...... Again!

"Uncle Sean...... Please let my Daddy talk to Mamma? He just want to say sorry." I looked at him with a pout. Uncle Sean was battling with himself for few moments amd then he sighed.

"And I love you. That also I want to say to Sia." God Daddy! Not everything should be revealed!

"Uncle Sean..... Please? Mamma will miss me." I said.

"Why are you so cute?...... Okay...... he can meet her. But why are you calling her Mamma?" I looked at Daddy and then to Uncle Sean.

"Because she is my Mamma. Daddy will marry her." I said smiling.

"What?" Uncle Sean glared at Daddy...... But Daddy laughed sheepishly.

"And Mamma also protected me...... From that man and his huge pet dog." I said.

"What pet dog? Say me everything...... When this all started and exactly what happened?" I looked at Daddy and he nodded.

"Actually we both have fair share of talks that we would like to share..... Can we talk about that after she wakes up?" Daddy asked.

"Fine..... Chase are you hungry?" I nodded and Uncle Sean picked me up.

"Let's go everyone..... To the canteen. All of us are hungry." Uncle Kian, Uncle Liam, Lydia, Daddy, Grandpa, Aunt Lia and I we all went to canteen and fed ourselves. Daddy and I came back to waiting area.... While everyone left to take some rest. Uncle Kian wanted to take me but I was adamant to stay here.

"Daddy..... I am sleepy. When will Mamma wake up?" I asked but my eyes were closing bit by bit.

"Sleep champ...... Mamma needs sometime to wake up. I will wake you up soon." I nodded and slept on his lap.

"Chasey."

"Mamma."

"Chasey...... Champ Mamma woke up. Come on...... Let's go and meet her."

"Mamma...... I want Mamma."

"Yes baby...... Get up. Mamma is calling you." I jerked from my sleep.

"Was I dreaming Daddy? Mamma is really calling me?" I asked.

"Mamma is calling you..... Nurse said she is repeating your name again and again." I smiled and ran to the room and Daddy trailed behind me.

I pushed the door open and ran inside.

"Mamma!" I said smiling.

She have so much worst wounds because of me.

"Chase..... Co..me here baby." I hastily went near her.

"Are you....."

"I am okay Mamma. I don't even have a single scratch..... You took all of it for me." I started crying.

"Shh.... Stop crying baby.... Your Mamma is not crying then you should also stop crying. I thought I was dreaming that you called me Mamma." She smiled while gesturing me to hug her.

"You will get hurt......"

"I will not.... Come and hug me now." I smiled and hugged her lightly while she patted my back.

And it feels like heaven with her.
