Siana's POV

"Sia! Come on! You can't go out of the bed just yet!" I laughed at Richie as he hugged me tightly.

"Richie...... Have some shame..... You are about to have a grandson! And I have to prepare for everything today...... Phoebe's delivery is near. I have to be prepared for welcoming my new love!" I wiggled trying to break his hold.

"Hmmm..... Okay fine! I will leave you today!" I laughed as his grip loosened and went for a bath.

"Wait! I am coming with you!" I looked at him blushing.

"Richie..... You can't remain satiated for more than an hour!" I shrieked.

"Who said anything about sex? We will take purely a simple bath together." He got up and carried me to the washroom.

While the bathtub was filling, I sat inside with Richie. I know he can't control himself..... I eyed him suspiciously.

"You know..... On Mariana's nineteenth birthday...... I said pure bath..... We literally took pure bath..... Nothing happened at all!" Richie said smiling.

"That was because...... Your beloved daughter's party arrangements were remaining!" I said pointing out the fact.

"Ahh! But this is my grandson..... Beloved at that. So darling today also pure bath." And he was true to his words..... We took quick bath and got dressed.

We went down for breakfast..... Everyone were already present.

I looked at Phoebe and smiled.

"How are you darling? Are the contractions unbearable? We can go to doctor." I asked.

"I am fine Mom. I wanted to visit the park today..... I am bored in the house." She pouted.

"No! You are not going anywhere in this condition right now." Chase said and all of us agreed.

"Grandma..... I really miss walking..... Please say them to allow me!" She complained to Mom.

"Sorry darling! I can't help you!" Twins laughed at that and Gabby and Maria giggled.

"Phoebe.... Please make the baby as handsome as me!" Nicholas said proudly.

"He is my baby! And I am not any less handsome!" Chase said glaring at Nick.

All of us laughed at their banters...... This is how our twenty years went by and still I feel this is my first day in this home.

"Well...... After so many years also..... Maintaining these kids is a big task!" Kian interjected playfully.

"Just shut up! Ask me how I did that when you went to the mini vacation of one month! Leaving these trouble monsters behind! I even cracked my back..... You don't know that pain bastard!" Richie scowled and Kian laughed.

"Well..... It is your problem.... You were too much eager for your wedding night. It comes with a price dude. Remember during my wedding night negotiation you made me clean your cars." Kian glared and Richie smirked.

"Okay stop this and eat! Kids!" Dad said shaking his head. After finishing the breakfast.... Lexi and I went to baby's room to decorate it and paint it.

It was around lunch time when we finished everything...... We were going to dining room when a commotion was heard.

"Where she went! God!" Chase was pacing around.

"What happened?" I asked.

"Mom.... You saw Phoebe?" I shook my head.

"I did go to her room for asking the colour of baby's room. She was in the room two hours ago." I said.

"But she is not there now..... I just came from a meeting and she is nowhere!" Chase said and the blood drained from my face.

"Where she went in such a delicate state! Doctor already warned her for bed rest!" Lexi asked.

Just then Chase's phone started ringing..... Frantically he picked up and after few seconds he ran out. He shouted.... 'its time!' and we all made our way out hastily.

God! Let them be fine...... Please!

We reached at the hospital...... To see nurses in and out and a lady standing there.

"Are you that pregnant lady's family?" She asked and I nodded.

"What happened to her?" I asked her.

"I don't know...... When I saw her she was unconscious in the pool of blood. I heard someone saying that she fell down from the bench because of pain." She said while faintly smiling.

"Thank you for bringing her here." I said and she nodded.

"Umm..... It will be alright Aunty. Please sit down." She said and gave all of us water.

"I don't want!" Chase shouted at her.

"Chase! Stop it...... She is helping us." I said.

"I don't want water!" Chase stood up and went towards the operation theatre as he heard baby cries. We all got up happily.

This pain is unbearable...... Seeing my son breaking down...... Seeing my beautiful daughter-in-law's tomb....... Seeing my new born grandson looking at me with blank expressions. I never thought that this amazing news of the baby will take my son's happiness from him.

"Why Richieee? Why my Chase have to suffer this kind of unfortunate event! What additional he demanded from God! See him...... I can't even look at his helpless and broken face!" I sobbed on Richie's chest.

"Sia...... We both father-son..... Have to suffer from single parenthood. But you came to my life right? I am sure someone beautifully compatible with our son will soon enter in his life. Let's not lose hope. Just make sure that we have to keep him as much happy as possible." I nodded sobbing and hugged my grandson tightly.

"Phoebe is the only one who can make him cheerful........ She was so full of life and energy. Always smiling....... Giving positive aura...... So much opposite from our stupid son. Where will we find a girl like Phoebe?" I asked.

"Sia..... If you will compare every girl from Phoebe..... It will be impossible. A girl with spirit to turn Chase into a madman.... From his usual perfect personality..... Will be the girl best for our son." I nodded.

"Why my poor Aaron suffered such fate? He is too small for all this Richie!" I said looking at my silent grandson.

"Sia..... Let's give time to everything....... I am sure everything will go with it's own speed. I also can't see my son like this...... But some things are inevitable." I went to Chase and put my hand on his shoulder...... To support him. He looked up to me..... Then to Aaron.

"Mom..... I am fine..... I have to be. Give Aaron to me and go have some rest." I sobbed knowing perfectly well that he is breaking down from inside. He took Aaron from me and went ahead.
