Welcome to my new fanfiction! This is a Villain BakuDeku story and I hope y'all enjoy it. I have already completed this fanfiction and it does has 51 chapters. I will publish a new one every 2-3 days! Without further ado, enjoy!❤❤ This story does start out with Midoriya in a relationship with somebody else that isn't Bakugo. I promise the endgame is BakuDeku. If you don't like it, skip over it or just don't read it. Trust the writing process.
"So Midoriya." The tall, slender man with jet black hair started as he moved his first piece on the chess board. "Tell me, how have you been feeling this last week?" He questioned as he removed his hand from the board. Midoriya let off a heavy sigh as he reached for his first piece.
"The same way every week has been since my mom died." He replied as he moved his piece.
"Gloomy?" Midoriya's therapist questioned as he moved his next piece.
"Exactly." Midoriya mumbled while continuing the game.
"Have you been taking your medicine?" The therapist questioned.
"Yes." No. Midoriya said to himself.
"Has that seemed to help?" The black haired man questioned as he knocked one of Midoriya's pieces off the board.
"Yes." Midoriya whispered as he moved his knight across the board.
"Have you tried talking to your friends about how you feel?"
"What am I supposed to say?" Midoriya spat as he removed another one of his therapists pieces. "That I feel numb? That my life feels like it's moving in slow motion?" His therapist sighed as he ran a hand through his black messy hair.
"Midoriya, I can't begin to imagine what you have been through." He mumbled as he took his turn. "You need to open up to other people. You need to let your friends in." He said as Midoriya took his turn. "You have built up these massive walls in defense. I think it's time you let someone break them down." He explained as he moved his piece.
"Check mate." Midoriya replied with a monotone expression. They quickly finished up their game as their session had ended for the day.
"I will see you on Tuesday." Midoriya's therapist said as he held open the door for the green haired man.
"Thank you." Midoriya mumbled quietly as he stepped into the busy hallway of UA. Why the hell do I need to let people in? Midoriya questioned as he headed towards the front door. Whenever I let people in, I only get hurt more in the long run. My mom was the only steady person in my life who really cared about me, and now she is gone. I should have been there. I should have been able to protect her. A pro hero should have helped her. Midoriya spat to himself as he stepped outside into the cool fall air. He sighed as he watched the multi colored leaf's fall from the tree's that were surrounding the school.
"Deku!" Midoriya groaned in annoyance as he heard a chirpy voice call out to him from behind. He slowly turned around to see Uraraka running towards him. He desperately wanted to turn back around and ignore her. He honestly wanted to ignore all of his friends, but he knew it wasn't right. It wasn't their fault his mom was gone. She just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.
"How was your therapy session?" Uraraka asked as she landed herself next to her best friend.
"Fine." Midoriya shrugged as he turned away. He mentally cursed himself for not turning away fast enough as he saw the pained expression sprawled across her face. Midoriya continued his path to the dorms with Uraraka by his side. The rest of the class was already back by this point. They usually rushed out of there when class ended. Also, Aizawa usually ended the class five minutes earlier when he was tired.
"We were thinking of going shopping this weekend." Uraraka said nervously as they approached the dorm. "You should come with us."
"I'll think about it." Midoriya whispered as he pulled the door open. He walked inside quickly before making a bolt for the elevator.
"Hey, Midoriya!" Kirishima yelled as the green haired main approached the elevator.
"What?" Midoriya snapped as he turned around to face the red head. He just wanted to be alone with his own thoughts. He didn't want to be near anybody at the moment. Kirishima gulped as he brought his hand to the back of his neck.
"We are um, going to play some games." Kirishima chuckled nervously. "Please join us." He pleaded. Midoriya frowned at the boy in response. He pressed the button quickly while bringing his gaze back to the ground. He didn't say anything as he waited for the doors to open. Of course he loved his friends, he was thankful for them everyday. He knew he wasn't easy to deal with at the moment, but none of them gave up on him. Even Bakugo was a little more kind towards him, only a little.
He stepped onto the elevator and pressed the button for his floor. As the doors shut, he saw Kirishima's sad face. He wouldn't mind joining them as much if they didn't act like they were walking on egg shells around him. He was tired of all the sad looks he was getting. He knew if he started to act more happy, they would ease off. However, he couldn't bring himself to do it. Hell, he didn't want to do it. He didn't take his medicine because he deserved to feel like this. That's what he thought anyway. He stepped off the elevator and quickly threw himself into his room. He sighed as he set his book bag down next to his emergency bag.
He always had a bag packed with extra clothes incase the time came. He sat down on his bed, pulling out his phone. He smirked when he saw an unread text from All Might.
All Might- Here is the schedule for the next month that you asked for. There have been extra pro's assigned to each event incase the League of Villains decides to make their move. Are you sure you are up for this young Midoriya?
Midoriya- I'm up for anything.
The green haired man sighed as he downloaded the schedule to his phone. This weekend was a training camp and two weeks from now was a hero patrol in Hosu city. He quickly forwarded the text to the person that asked for it originally.
Midoriya- Here is the picture you asked for.
Hands- Good job. Will we be seeing you soon?
Midoriya sighed as he set his phone down. Will he be seeing them soon? He couldn't hold up his act forever, somebody was eventually going to figure it out. He reached for the full pill bottle on his desk before turning it over in his hands. My friends will never forgive me for the things I am doing behind their backs. He thought to himself as he examined the bottle. Maybe I should go spend some time with them before it's too late. He frowned as he set the pill bottle back onto the desk. He stood from his bed and opened the bottom drawer of his desk. He quickly reached for the bottle of Vodka and a can of his favorite soda. He opened the can before setting it back down on the table. He quickly uncapped the vodka before taking a few big drinks. He cringed as the burning sensation went down his throat. He quickly chugged his pop to help his burning throat.
"Let's get this over with." He mumbled to himself as he put the lid back on the vodka and shoved it back into it's rightful place. He let out a deep sigh as he grabbed his phone from the bed and headed for the door.
