A Family for Harleigh ( Completed)

Hiding Out

It was North, Raven and Myself at the safe house for four days before Brandon , Nathan  , Silas , Blake arrived

" When will the others be joining us or are they not " I asked

" I'm not sure but we will be moving from here in a day to keep from being in one place to long " Blake said

" Oh " I responded

"Don't worry Babygirl it will all work out Vladimir will mess up soon enough " Blake said
I just nod back Then head out to the deck to watch the water As I close the door I hear

" Something is bothering her bad Blake she woke up screaming last night crying so hard in her sleep it took  Raven and I to hold her tightly to us if we moved from her she would reach out for us in her sleep "Nathan says

" Yeah I can see it in her eyes more and more each day but she won't talk about it no matter how hard any of us try it has to do with what happen with her and Vladimir " Blake said

I closed the door not wanting to hear the conversation Anymore

Sitting in the chair with the sun beaming down on me warming me I watch the people on the beach

" Harleigh "
I turn my head to see Nathan coming out of the house with two bottles of water
" Hey Honey "
" I brought a bottle of water for you since it's getting warm " He says as it's handed to me

Cracking the top I take a big sip then put the top back on then sit it down on the railing

" So do you want to go down to the beach for a little while " he asked

"Sure let me get my shoes " I tell him

I went in and grabbed my flip flops and headed back out on to the deck

Nathan took my arm and we headed down the back steps out to the beach

As we walked along towards the beach access point he held my hand Guiding me along the way

My toes felt the warm sand between them when I took my flip flops off and tossed them over to the side with a bunch of other flip flops

I went down towards the water to let it go across my feet as we walked it was like bath water so nice
" Harleigh you know you can tell me or any of us anything We all know something is bothering you, You have been having Nightmares the past three nights "

" I know I can Nathan but this isn't something I want to blurt out I need time to process how I want to explain it " I tell him

" You aren't dying on us " he asked with a serious look

" No Honey I am not what I have to share is very difficult Vladimir is using something to draw me out and come to him which it's starting to work but I have to be so careful because if he gets ahold of me he's not going to let me go he would rather kill me than to let me go again " I tell him

"Well he will have to go through me and the guys to get you " Nathan said

" And that's one of the things I'm afraid of he will use one of you knowing full well I will come after him " I tell him

Nathan stops in his tracks turns to me
" Harleigh you will not go after him alone You hear me I don't want you going after him but I know none of us are going to be able to stop you Harleigh just don't go alone just promise me that " He says

" I promise " I say to him

" That's all I can hope for now let's go for a run down to the pier and back you have been cooped up to long " he says
