Authors Note

Hey everybody......So I never promised consistence. :1

I want to start off with that I love this community. I love being able to share my thoughts. I love that you are here too. So, thanks for being here. Sounds cheesy. Ugh. 

I write when I write (which is basically never at this point...I TRY). And I don't want to do 'Distance Learning' so instead, I'm writing. (major procrastination........)

Sorry though. Really. :c

I've been wanting to write for a while but I haven't made time. 

I came up with the idea while daydreaming from the way back from the store. Face mask in my lap. Frankly, thinking of much better times. I went home and listened to my favourite songs. So now here are daydream+songs= this book. I'll be posting my inspiration playlist after everything is done (which will be real soon...I swear). I hope this will make you think of a different time. 

A little pre-info:

This short story starts in the 50s. These kids are born in 1954. About 1955 the last schools are desegregated. I didn't go into Richard and Bobby and Susan experiencing racism. Yes, it happened. But to them they were friends. They didn't let the previous generation's confusion muddle their friendship. 

Bobby. He's your average American (what does that even mean???) white boy. Known as the scholastic Robert to everyone else. But to his friends he is Bobby. Bobby is the boy who loves his imperfect world.

Susan. She's a white girl who of course is growing up in the suburbanization of femininity. Like Mrs. Brady from the Brady Bunch. I guess. But she grows into her own. 

Richard. He's the new boy in town. Richard is a hard-of-hearing (hoh) AA boy. So, his identity is shunned by both being an African American and as a hoh. He perseveres. 

I imagine their little town kinda like the neighbourhood below Edward Scissorhands home. Lol. 

But of course, imagine how you'd like.

On another note: MY TO-DO LIST

Because I want my life to be more than schoolwork and the internet, I'm attempting to write. So, my plans: edit "spoken in silence" (I have new ideas and I want to make it again), I have another short story idea that will be about 7 parts (? I am not sure. I also don't know when it will be finished. But that's next.....). I'm excited about that.

If you're interested in a specific story from 'The NeverEnding Notebook' PLEASE let me know. I might write another chapter in there. Who knows. (sorry)

P.S. I changed my username because I never liked it. I freaked out and blanked when Wattpad first asked me for a username ages ago. And I stuck with it. But now I think I found something I'm happy with. 

I'll post the story soon. I mean it. 

Warning: The story is short. It will be one chapter. But I have fallen in love with it and I wanted to share it with you guys.
