A mage/weapon shop run by a Delibird named Yukio and her helper Arlo the Charmander. Being one of the last few Pokémon with their abilities, they run a mage shop to forge weapons for all adventurers. They would only forge one per Pokémon unless the Pokémon's weapon broke. Upgrades for weapons and the potions they sell require poké and on some occasions, other materials as well. They would give away free weapons at times if they feel that a Pokémon would need one in order to help them survive. (Mostly if you start the role play with no moves or are extremely weak even with them. There may be exceptions.)
If you can't get a free weapon, you can buy them starting at 50,000 poké (for one move on a single weapon) They could be a ton more expensive if upgrades are included in cost. Weapons are customizable and nearly anything you choose is available.
The duel is also in charge of brightening Brightfog Town.
