Chapter 3

I've said goodbye to everyone and my mom just dropped me off at my best friend's house for the afternoon. We're watching a movie when I get a notification.

Instagram:
PaytonMoormeier: Hey there! I hope your trip goes well, Chase and I will pick you up at the airport! Have a good last night. Can't wait to see you xxx

Cassandre: Who's this Payton ? He's super cute! Taking my phone
Nina: Give me my phone, I laugh, he's one of the guys I'm gonna be with.

I look at the message and smile, he's cute, I'm going to enjoy taking a picture of him. I answer it.

Instagram:
Nina_Ravens: Hey! Thank you so much for your message. It's cool. Have a good night. Can't wait to see you too.

Then I realize that he is jet-lagged and sends him a message to correct what I had written and it seems to make him laugh and then we keep talking all day long. He even sent me videos ahah.

Cassandre: Oh, are you listening? Dropping my phone
Nina: Uh yeah, go ahead. I'm smiling at her.
Cassandre: I was asking what time is your mother coming? You're in the moonlight right now
Nina: At 6:30 we can put on another movie if you want.
Cassandre: You almost didn't watch the last one, she's laughing, do you like Payton or what?
Nina: Don't be ridiculous, I've just broke up with Ander!
Cassandre: So what ? Your boyfriend was useless, he was just a daddy's boy, we're laughing.
Nina: That's right !

We watched another movie, and I started talking to Jaden through Payton's account. Anyway, it comforts me to have talked to them a little bit and sympathize with them.

Then came the moment when my mother arrived and I said goodbye to Cassandre, I didn't cry in front of her, but I collapsed in the car, we've never been apart for more than two weeks, it's going to be hard. Anyway...

The next day my mother dropped me off at the airport before going to work and she did the same as I did yesterday. Didn't shed a tear in front of me, she even laughed but I know that as soon as she got into her car she let herself go.

Just before I got in, I got a message from Payton. I'm smiling my teeth out.
