Draco's POV

As soon as we reach the common room, I lead Pansy and Blaise to my private room. Seeing as my father is, shall we say, influential, I was allowed a private room last year and for the rest of my stay at Hogwarts. We settle into our normal spots, me on the bed and Pansy and Blaise on bean bags they stole from the common room. "So," Pansy starts "Our first prank, Ravenclaw. It's going to be basic seeing as Ravenclaws are too uptight to notice anything we do to them so we shouldn't put too much effort." Blaise and I nod our heads in agreement.
"I think," Blaise says a few moments later "That we should fill their ink-wells with some type of explosive powder. " I think on it "That sounds smart, yet simple. I can get powdered root of asphodel and it will more than likely make a reaction with the ink they use."

"I can transfigure my robes to look like Ravenclaw robes and sneak in in the middle of the night" Pansy offers up "And Draco, you can tell me how much to add. Sound like a plan?"
Blaise and I nod in agreement. As Pansy and Blaise devise the written out plan, I leave them in my room so I can get the powdered asphodel root. When I reach the common room, I see no one is around. Good, that means I can take the secret entrance. I go over to the large green and wet looking wall and tap on it three times. Slowly, a door creaks open and I step in, making sure to quickly close the stone opening behind me. I follow the familiar path to Sev's storeroom. When I reach it, I peak in hoping tonight isn't one of his late experiment nights. I let out a soft sigh of relief when I see he isn't there. I quickly go to where I know the root is and grab several canisters, thankful he has many that it would hopefully go unnoticed. As I stuff the fifth canister in my satchel I hear a soft thunk. Oh no, please tell me that wasn't the door. I quickly make my way to where the door should be only to find that it had closed. Great, just my luck. I don't even know the knock combo for this door, but knowing Sev it's gonna be hard. After 10 minutes of deliberating over it, I give up and test my luck in the corridors. As I exit, I realize that the storeroom is farther from the common room than I thought. With a disgruntled sigh, I start to make my way back hoping stupid Filch and his even more idiotic cat don't catch me. As I make my way down the dark corridor a loud crash sounds out nearby. "Oh did you hear that my darling girl" filchs nasty voice echoes in the hall "A wee beasty is out after hours. We may have our fun yet, my lovely" Mrs. Norris meows before following him down the corridor the noise came from. I quickly dart out and at a sprint, attempt to make my way back as quickly as possible. Suddenly I slam into an invisible force, knocking me down on the ground, the metal canisters making a loud crashing sound. I frantically stand up, as the approaching feet of Filch seems to get closer and closer. And before I can go into full panic mode, what feels like an invisible hand grabs my wrist and pulls me into... the wall? I gasp as I fall into the room, the door quickly sealing me and the mysterious force up in. I quickly scramble up, confused, and disoriented.
"Reveal yourself, mysterious force! My father is on the school board of governors and he is friends with the minister himself!" I say, trying to sound confident, my voice failing me at the end with a small waver. Stupid bloody emotions. The mysterious force, or should I say, person, laughs a bit before their image wavers in a sweeping motion to reveal none other than stupid Harry Potter!

"Potter!?" I exclaim "What is the meaning of this?? Why have you brought me here??"
"Calm down, Malfoy. I just saved your stupid arse, no need to thank me." he rolls his eyes.
I sputter a bit and turn around to leave, but I'm instead met with a blank wall. I spin back around and face Potter "What did you do to the door?? Let me out of this godforsaken place! Where even are we"
Potter lets out a sigh "I have no idea. I just know that it appears on any wall if you have a strong enough intent for it to appear. Last year I got stuck in here for 2 and a half days so we may be stuck here." My eyes widen "You mean to tell me, I'm going to be stuck in the stupid room with nothing to do and I have to be in the presence of you of all people, this day couldn't get any worse."
Potter laughs "At least you're stuck in here with someone. I had no one and it took me a little bit to realize you can conjure things just like the room of requirements." As I process what he said I do a double-take. "Wait, how do you know about the ROR? You're dumber than a doorbell and you don't even read" He sighs before standing up and brushing off his pants "I'll have you know, Malfoy, I'm not as stupid as you think. I actually do my work and understand it well. I also enjoy reading. I'm just not out there about it. And while I have my struggles in classes, like potions, it doesn't mean I don't get any of it." I stare at him, mouth wide open in shock.
"You're gonna catch flies with your mouth hanging open like that" he mutters. I look at him confused "What does that even mean?"
"Oh, it's just a muggle phrase." I scoff "Of course you're quoting muggles of all people" Potter ignores me and closes his eyes. With a soft pop, the room grows and fills with different types of furniture and what looks like a kitchenette. I look at Potter with a new sense of curiosity. How did he do that? He opens his eyes and smiles. But it soon drops when he looks over and remembers I'm here. I cover my face in a mask, hoping to disguise the look of what could be seen as friendliness. No, I will not befriend stupid, blood traitor Potter.
As if sensing what I was thinking, he looks away and examines the room I can only assume he had conjured. I take a look around the room as well and grumble to myself the irritation that fills me. There's only one bed, some chairs, a couch, a full bookcase, and the kitchenette.
After looking everything over, I turn towards Potter with a look of disbelief. "Really Scarhead? One bed??" He looks at me sheepishly, and rubs the back of his neck in what can only be assumed as being uncomfortable "Sorry" he mumbles, then louder he says "The times I've been stuck here, which is way more than I'd like to admit, I've had to only conjure what was necessary so It was the first to come into my mind. " he looks up from his feet and locks eyes with me. I shudder at the weird almost intimacy of it all. Ew, wait, intimacy with the golden boy no thank you.
"You can take the bed, Malfoy, I'm okay with sleeping on the couch" we both look over at the stiff chaise. And before I can think of what I'm going to say, it all spews out.
"Oh stop acting the part of the martyr, we can share" My eyes widen in shock at the words that came out of my mouth. Did I really just say that. We look up and lock eyes again, a weird burning feeling setting in in the lower part of my stomach.
"Thanks, Malfoy but it's really okay" he mutters before going through the door that could only be assumed as the bathroom. I sit on the bed, feeling drained of any energy I thought I may have had.
Man, this is going to be a long night.
