The White Ranger

The White Energem

Ciara's POV:

It has been three days since the accident in the cave. It was a saturday afternoon and I was walking through the skatepark. I came back from work and was on my way home. Everything was back to normal and life went on like it Always did. Chris was doing much better already. His leg was still in a cast ofcourse but he was doing great. After dad learned what happened, he was even more angry than mom and he was still pretty upset about it. With me everything was completely fine. Even my bruised wrist was no longer bruised. And that was one of the weird things that had happened.

It all started since I found that white crystal in the cave. I had no idea what it was but I felt it was something pretty strong. You see, ever since that thing shined some white light in the cave, strange things had happened. For example the fact that I could suddenly push the rock of Chris his feet or that my wrist was no longer bruised within in a day or so. I mean that's not normal. That rock was way to heavy for one person to move and a bruised wrist is not healed in a day. I didn't really trust this thing but somehow I couldn't get myself to get rid of it. I had a strong feeling I was connected to it somehow. So as of today, I still have that thing with me, everywhere I go. I just have the feeling that this thing can't get into the wrong hands, although I have absolutely no idea why.

I had stopped walking and was watching some kids playing in the park. I had my hands in my pockets and I could feel the crystal in my righthand.

Meanwhile somebody else had sensed the presence of the White Energem.

Chase's POV:

It was a normal saturday afternoon while I was at work in the DinoBite Café. Sometimes I still couldn't believe that this was my life. I mean not being a cook but being a Power Ranger. I am the black DinoCharge ranger and together with my best friends, Tyler, Shelby, Koda and Riley, we form the newest team of Power Rangers.

All of us were just working when all of a sudden my dinocom went off. Everyone gathered around me while I answered the call.

"Rangers, I need you in the base right know" Miss Morgan said. "On it" I answered. We left the café and headed downstairs to the base.

"What is it Miss Morgan?" Tyler asked the moment we walked in. "The scans have picked up a strange energy field" she answered. "And it isn't one of Sledge his monsters."

"Then what could it be?" Shelby asked. We all looked at the signal on the screen. I stepped closer to get a better look when suddenly the black energem around my neck started glowing. "Your energem!" Koda said while pointing at me. I looked at it and saw how it was glowing all of a sudden.

"Why is it glowing?" Tyler asked. "Mmm let me see it" Miss Morgan said while walking over to me. She examined it and then her face became very surprised. "What, what is it?" Riley asked. "It's the energy of an energem, the white energem." Miss Morgan said. "WHAT?!" all of us said in harmony.

"Your energem must have picked up it's signal when you stepped in closer" Riley said to me. "But how can my energem sence another energem through a signal?" I asked Miss Morgan. "That's because of the unique bond between the black and white energem." she answered. "The what?" Shelby said. "I'll explain it later, right now it is important the we find the white energem and the person that has bonded with it."

"You're right Miss Morgan, we need to find it" Tyler said. "Looks like the signal comes from the skatepark" Shelby noticed. "Let's get to the skatepark then" I said. We all left the base and headed quickly to the skatepark. Because if we found the white energem's signal, that means that Fury must have found it to. We had to find the energem and the person who bonded with it before Fury did and fast.

Ciara's POV:

I smiled while looking at all those kids playing around. I could watch happy,playing kids for hours. Everything was fun and calm and I was enjoying it all.

But then I heard people screaming very loud. I turned around and saw people running away. At first I couldn't see why they were running away but then I saw it. Monsters. Weird white with green looking monsters. And a monsters that looked like a very ugly lion. "That's not good" I said to myself. I decided that this was a good time to go home.

"FIND THE WHITE ENERGEM!" the lion-looking monster yelled. "I can sense it's presence." Suddenly I saw a white light coming from my pocket. I quickly realized that the lion monster was looking for my white crystal. "Oh no...." I said. "I have to get out of here."
I started to run as fast as I could. I realized I was running much faster than any ordinary human being. But because I was distracted by that, I wasn't looking where I was going. I ran straight into something, or better said someone. I fell to the ground. "Auch" I said while hitting the ground. I looked up only to see the lion monster standing right in front of me, laughing evilly.

"Give me the white energem!!" he yelled to my face. I just looked at him with big eyes, completely in shock. The monster had run out of patient and lifted his sword. It started to crack and I saw some electric things coming out of it. I looked at him in fear when I realized he was about to hit me with that thing.
