Chapter 24: The Reveal

I threw one of Anthony's stray shirts into the hamper next to me. Anthony was cleaning the living room of the dorm while I fixed up the bedroom and bath. I stood back and scanned the bedroom. I smiled with a feeling of accomplishment. I made my way to the bathroom and picked up a smile pile of clothes and put them in the hamper. I made my way back to the living room when I tripped on something. I stumbled into the clean living room trying to catch my balance. I fell backward and felt Anthony's arms wrap around me. I looked up to see his smiling face looking down at me. I smiled back as he leaned down and kissed me. We separated after the soft knock came from our door. "Romantic much?" I chuckled at Anthony when he turned a shade of Crimson. We both made our way to the door side by side.
"Hey guys!" I smiled to everyone in the hallway. One by one everyone in the hallway smiled and greeted Anthony and I then walked in. Anthony stepped into the kitchen to get his "special" pizza leaving me to greet the rest of our friends. I bro hugged GaLm, "you better hope he got one with no meat" he smiled. I laughed at the remark knowing I wouldn't eat and meat toppings being vegan and all. Next Adam and Cathy walked up to me from the doorway and I smiled at them. The two of them walked into the cramped living room to mingle with others. Minx was last to meet me in the door. We smiled and she glanced down at my hand, "so that's why everyone's out here?" Both of us chuckled and I walked her inside then shut the door. Everyone was scattered around the small dorm. Anthony brought out the pizza and sat it on the small coffee table. I slid myself over to him. He smiled at me, "I'm guessing you wanna hide them till its time?" He read my mind. I nodded and we quickly slid off our rings and stuffed them in our pockets. There was now at least twenty of our close friends here and I smiled at the fact that they were here ,"Okay everyone!" I yelled. At first few people heard me and not everyone was quite until minx yelled, "HEY EVERYBODY SHUT UP!" When everyone was silent Anthony started, "thank you minx. Now everyone there is a reason you were called out here today so please take a seat. Everyone say where they were. On the table, couch, the floor, or where ever else they could find. Anthony stood next to me and smiled. I nodded and picked up a piece of pizza that only had cheese to stop my jitters, and all eyes were on me but at least everyone was smiling. "Okay well, some of you may not know this but Anthony and I thought we should tell you. *takes bite of pizza* About a year and a half ago we fell in love and have been dating," Anthony grabbed my hand and held it. Everyone smiled at us and minx jumped up and clapped.
"I knew it!" Pewds yelled.
"Yup I saw it coming!" Cry laughed under his mask.
"ZeRoyalChaos!" Every yelled in unison. Anthony and I smiled at each other. "However!" I yelled "We are now engaged!" Everyone erupted in cheers.
Gassy, ohm, Adam, cry, pewds, mini, and the other guys came and ran up to us and patted our backs. All the girls were screaming as well "Aweeeeee!!!!" The room erupted with laughter and more cheers. "The wedding is planned to be in two months after we graduate!" I yelled as Anthony and I slipped our rings on.
"Kiss! Kiss! Kiss! Kiss!" Everyone yelled. I looked up to chilled and he smiled at me. He leaned me back and pressed his lips to mine. More cheers erupted from the room.
This was the best day of my life.
