2# Where am i?

I gently knocked on the door and was so relieved when I could hear that, I think my heart skipped a beat. After a few minutes I knocked again and suddenly the door opened as someone dressed in another one of those suits was standing right in front of me while the person from before was still shaking behind them. I looked at them both "Where am I?" I asked, but they didn't seem to understand what I was saying. I looked around ad saw a long hallway as if it was never-ending, with walls as white as snow, and the only other door I saw was to the other side of it. As I started walking toward that door the people in front of me yelled something that I couldn't understand, so I kept going. They moved aside as I was dragging my weak body towards the other door. With each step I took it felt like my body was burning more and more. "What is this?" I asked myself while I kept going. About halfway to the other door, I has fallen to the ground, my body felt heavier than before and everything started spinning. But I wasn't beaten yet, I started to crawl towards the door and suddenly the people in the suits helped me get back on my feet. They both held one of my arms and got me to the door in a matter of seconds "Was it just not that far away or are these people fast?" I thought to myself.

Soon they opened the door and a bright light blinded me for a few seconds, I count feel a gentle breeze and hear so many sounds. I didn't recognize anything but I couldn't help but smile when I saw that I was standing in a gigantic field of green grass, trees in the distance and flowers all over the place. "I guess this is heaven," I said, but another voice talked to me even though no one else but the people with me was around. "This isn't heaven, not for you" I soon realized the voice was in my head, it was a deep and angry voice, like that of a man. Someone who knows me perhaps, if only I knew that as well. After saying only those words the voice disappeared as fast as it appeared.

I looked at everything there was to see, the people in their suits said something, I still could not understand, before going back inside the strange hallway leaving me outside. When I looked around I saw something sparkling in the distance, so I decided to find out what it was. As I walked towards it my body started moving a bit smoother, and when I finally arrived I could almost walk normally. Seeing it from up close I realized it was water, glittering in the sunlight. I kneeled to take a sip when I saw my reflection in the water, realizing one of my eyes was pitch black but I could still see perfectly with it. "What is this?" I asked myself not sure if it was unusual or not. I stopped looking at my eye and drank some water and then started wandering off towards the sun.
