The start of the Final Four has begun, Shohoku's first opponent is Tsukubu while Ryonan's opponent is Korimo High. It turned out the Shohoku became more aggressive thanks to Hanamichi's efforts got 21 rebounds and 12 blocks. Tsukubu stood no chance against Shohoku because Hanamichi and Kaede have been playing very aggressively and Shohoku's transition defense were superb and also combined with slow-paced game.

"Hanamichi!!!" Ryota Miyagi#4 said as he passed the ball to Hamamichi and throws a 1-handed slam dunk.

The crowds were cheering at Hanamichi being the most dominant center in Kanagawa this year. Later, the buzzer beater sounded as Shohoku got their first win.
