A wolf lived inside of him
Big and Bad
It pumped through it's viens
a drug addicting
His eyes dark from no sleep
It had clawed it's way from his chest
to his brain
Capsiezing boat
losing control
the anger of centuries
bubbles through him
The wolf grows stronger
Each time
He looks away
from the mirror
His eyes an ocean
His heart ablaze
He walks the hallways
with his charred bones
A wolf lives within him
and it's eating him whole
They tell him not to be lazy
we all feel blue somedays
no point pretending
who cares anyways
And in his gut he hears a growl
He fought hard
But it was on a prowl
When it caught his lungs
They cried and said
I wish we could help him
But nobody stays
A wolf once lived within him
and now
It has swallowed him whole.

PoetryThe ocean does not apologise for it's depth and the mountains do not seek forgiveness for the space they take and so neither shall I. This is some of my original poetry , that was getting too tired sitting on the last pages of my notebooks.
