"Today marks exactly a year after the first purge happened, which means that today is the second year of the purge, as declared by the South Korean President, Kim Jun Myeon.

The second official purge, which will be occured today, shall start after a loud bell that indicates the start of legal killing. it's said to start at exactly 6 pm, and will end at 6 am, which means 12 hours of legal killing will be enabled.

but, guns and riffles with ranges above four, are strictly prohibited, as you will get imprisoned after the legal purge. missiles, rocket blasters are strictly un-allowed.

remember, lock your doors if you want to stay alive.

Yabuki Nako turns off the Television, sitting back to her shared sofa with two other teens, Miyawaki Sakura, and Honda Hitomi.

"i can't believe they just told us to stay safe after declaring a purge." Hitomi sarcastically says, paying more attention to her phone.

"if only i knew this was gonna happen again, i should've went back to japan. but last year's purge, we were so i guess we're gonna survive the second one?" nako says.

"last year's purge wasn't that bad, they only allowed stealing, they restricted killing and using guns." hitomi replies, putting her phone to the table in order to pay attention to the other girls.

nako sighed, annoyed by the sound on sakura's phone, as the lady was busy playing random games. "can you stop that for a while and listen to us?"

sakura looks up to them, groaning, she kept her phone to her pocket.

"what should we do? should we head back to Japan? i mean it's just 1pm, maybe we can-" hitomi cuts off sakura's words.

"we can't, we don't even have enough money to go back while we can. ugh, i hate this." hitomi says, stressed and a bit terrified.

nako suddenly spoke, "what if we go outside and steal some cash? that way, we might be able to go back to Japan."

"are you out of your mind? none of us knows how to fight or use a gun! and stealing? i don't steal!" hitomi freaks out.

sakura raised her hands, "i can use a gun!" she exclaimed, only to get roasted by hitomi.

"in fortnite. you lose in fortnite all the time." she rolled her eyes.

"then should we stay here until it ends?" nako asked, making hitomi nod. "of course, let's just lock all the doors and ask the apartment owner to grant us safety. i guess we're safe since we're in the third floor." the remaining two nodded.

sakura then spoke, "is it just me or am I scared for our safety?"

the other two nodded, both terrified and lowkey scared. "what if.. what if someone gets inside? what should we do?"

"escape and head to the mall." nako replied, as if sure.

"head to the mall? why?" hitomi wonders.

"the mall has cash bruh, we can go steal." nako replies, making sakura agree. "yes, money and guns."

hitomi wanted to disagree, but that wouldn't happen if they're safe, so she hoped for their safety.

"i do hope we're safe 'til tomorrow."
